I had an overall very pleasant stay at this upscale hotel. The service was excellent, and the atmosphere lived up to its luxurious reputation. That said, I did find some aspects of the room design a bit lacking. The placement of the light switches was somewhat inconvenient, and the bathroom doors felt awkwardly positioned, making the space a bit less functional than expected. Small details, but worth noting for future improvement. Still, I enjoyed my stay and would consider returning.

My fiancé and I stayed at the Fairmont to celebrate our anniversary and a birthday. We had an amazing experience the entire weekend! The bell man, Juan that helped with our luggage overheard us talking about our anniversary and sent up a bottle of champagne to our room with a very nice card. The food service was great in the hotel and really enjoyed the breakfast at Revue.
We had an amazing couples massage at the spa with Giuliana and Casey. Everything was super relaxing and the staff was very professional. Both lounges were very clean and organized. Pool service was also amazing and the drinks were great and staff was very friendly.

We will definitely be staying here again. Thank you to the staff for making our anniversary very special!

The Fairmont Austin is a lovely hotel with impeccable service and fantastic amenities. I have always enjoyed myself. The rooms are luxurious and well appointed. The public spaces are beautiful, clean & grand. The bars & restaurants are top notch. The hotel is well located near the convention center, Rainey Street entertainment district and the trails along the lake. The pool complex is great for relaxation and families.

Hotel was larger than we expected, but beautifully appointed. Great value for the price. I wish they didn't charge the daily $35 fee for services we didn't use, and I would have preferred a few more towels to start but that's easily remedied with a call to housekeeping. The rooms are spacious, decor is pleasant, shower is awesome. We didn't try the restaurants or room service. Will stay here again.

Loved my company-arranged 6 day stay at the Fairmont for many reasons but mostly the friendliness of the Breakfast service staff, especially Jose!
The room was very comfortable, the bed and pillows were fantastic.
The minus points for me were that after the first 2 nights, the maids had not made up my room by 3pm and I had to call that in. Additionally from the second morning, the hotel had removed the option of a breakfast buffet which left me with lots of greasy, meaty and expensive al-carte menu option which I didn't enjoy. Luckily our company had buffets arranged later in the week and the food and service were excellent!

One of the coolest hotels I’ve ever stayed in! The variety of restaurants with stunning city views made every meal a treat, and the drinks were just as impressive. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. I was here for a conference, and the space was perfect for networking—comfortable, stylish, and well-organized. 10/10 would absolutely stay again!

Stayed at this lovely hotel in downtown Austin that exceeded expectations in several ways. The property is expansive and well-maintained, offering excellent amenities like a temperature controlled swimming pool and a well equipped gym. Rooms are modern, clean, and comfortable - ideal for both business and leisure stays.

The staff were consistently courteous and helpful, adding to the overall positive experience. On site dining options were solid - the coffee shop served great brews, and both the restaurant and bar had a welcoming vibe with quality offerings.

Wonderful experience staying here for the start of our honeymoon. All the staff are super friendly and helpful, especially Valeria who made our experience much better than expected. The different restaurants and cafe within the hotel are great, the cafe has the best croissants I’ve ever eaten. Would recommend, just a shame you have to pay $15 a day for WiFi
