My son is at this facility currently and there are number of things that need to be addressed. It takes anywhere from 15 to 45 minutes before his call button is answered. When the iv bag is empty and starts beeping he has to get out of his bed and turnoff the beeping because it is a long time before someone comes to turn it off His room is never disinfected or cleaned. His meds are not given to him at the correct time or he has to has to as for them. There are no name tags on any of the staff or nurses. There are some many other things but i would say that this place should not be considered for any kind of treatment or care

My husband has been here for about 2 months. He is only 50 but he is very ill. I was a little apprehensive because of the other reviews. I understand when things go wrong it's easy to write a bad review. I don't know how many bad reviews I have written because I was angry. You don't think to write a review if you are pleased with the situation. So I decided to write a positive review. Most of the nurses here are very helpful and friendly and caring. There are a few that are not that great or maybe they had a bad day but in my personal opinion that is few and far between. If there is ever a problem or if I have an issue I only have to speak to someone and they will help solve it. These people ( nurses, janitorial staff, food-service, ect) cater to my husband as if he were a king. The nurses check in on him all the time. They joke with him, they try to get him anything he wants (he has a very selective pallet so they go out of their way to get him the food that he likes and can stomach), they have multiple daily activities like Bingo and ice cream socials, to name a few. Every room has a beautiful view and you can decorated as you please. I even brought a mini fridge in. The entire building is kept very clean and doesn't smell like you would think a nursing home smells like. There is a hair salon, lots of "common" areas, an outdoors area. This is truly a home away from home. Putting your loved one in a nursing home is a very hard and stressful time. I'm glad we chose Fairview Manor.

Not prepared to help surgical recovery. Spent all day to have vitals taken and insulin still hasn't happened. Definitely picked wrong facility to heal from major surgery.

I'm posting this for a family member. It always smells terrible and you can never find a nurse or an aide to help. The patients rooms are a mess and they lose their clothes. This is the worse nursing home I've ever been in.

THEY DO NOT TAKE CARE OF THEIR RESIDENTS AT ALL!!! Residents don’t get changed often and have to sit in their waste and pee all day and no one seems to care about it. Please don’t take your parents/ family or anyone at that here at all!!

My dads girlfriend spent her last days here!!!!They repeatedly asked me to leave because I “smelled of dung” Never even offered to change me. But anyways nobody wants an immigrants finger in their cereal!!!!!!!! I visited her each day and they wouldn’t even get her a pregnancy test when I asked. Treats the staff poorly

Do not send your family member here they will fail them and you will lose them. They facility is sub par with out dated equipment and the staff doesn't really care about the patients. The management is completely complacent and the Dr will not communicate with you at all. You will lose your family member if you send them here please take this as a warning from someone who lost everything mostly because of their complete lack of care in anyway.

Incase you missed my last comment do not I repeat do not send your family member here unless you want them to be ignored and eventually meet their end. This place is as close to as what you'd think a horrible "rehab" place or rest home would be. They will make excuses they will do nothing and your family will pay the worst cost. DO NOT SEND YOUR FAMILY HERE!!!!! Take this from a person who paid the ultimate price and lost his mom do to their neglect and complete lack of care.
