I'd like to praise Dr Mindy Phan and Dr Ranko who have been life changers for me. Dr Mindy is empathetic, kind and listens to you. I was so impressed by the attention to detail she provides. It took a while to find a great Dr and finally I found one here. Dr Ranko is an amazing acupuncturist who's knowledge and attention to detail has kept me with Family Together. If it wasn't for his amazing treatments, I would have left Family Together for the bad customer service, impossible to reach a live person and some of the awful new techs. I had a bad run in with Lettie who lost my paperwork one time and since then has been terse and abrupt whenever I have to deal with her. Please provide training for better manners and patient privacy.

I'm glad that Family Together is trying to do more by hearing our complaints but we need more Doctors like Dr Mindy Phan and Dr Ranko. Chris who does Resistance Training is superb too. He really helps us get to better health. All three have been Family Together's saving grace. I will update my post with the few amazing techs I've encountered. But in the meantime, AMAZING job Dr Mindy Phan and Dr Ranko!!! You both made a huge difference in my health and the patients I've recommended to you both have seen the impact and incredible care too.

I wanted to be more positive about Families Together of Fountain Valley but have been frustrated with disconnected care and lack of communication resulting in months of waiting for important care. Crystal Martin, PA is excellent but she put in orders or referrals and nothing happens. There is a separate referral department that hasn’t followed through with any of her orders until she went to office manager and they called the department. There was 2 of several referrals approved but then no follow through. We know from previous experience it’s not the insurance company because they have always authorized quickly. She prescribed an important medication, the pharmacy needed pre authorization but was NEVER able to reach anyone at Families Together by phone for 2 weeks and finally called me for help. Medication authorizations are a separate person who had apparently been gone for several months as she told me she just got back last month but no one told Crystal Martin, PA, us or the pharmacy. I also can NEVER reach anyone by phone as their “new phone system” directs you in circles as long holds and then you get a call center who never delivers messages because we never get a call back. So if you have a quick question you need to drive there.
Also, I wouldn’t do any blood draws there unless you’re an easy draw because we waited for an hour, two young ladies tried and probed with the needle in both my daughters arms and were unsuccessful and then said she’d need to go to the lab in the same building. They don’t know the hours to the lab. Wasted so much time the lab was closed and she had to fast another day and go back to the lab.
Again, I want to be more positive about our experience but what they advertise in beautiful pamphlets is not what happens as yet, and my daughter really needs quality care for several issues and frequent appointments. There are definitely some quality medical professionals there, but that’s only as successful as the ability to communicate, get approvals, work together efficiently. The disconnect is frustrating to everyone and has cost my daughter months of needed services or appointments.

Dr. Casey along with all the other doctors in the Fountain Valley office are amazing. I get all my healthcare in one office for the most part. Appointments are super easy to make and I've even gotten in same day.
I get acupuncture, dermatology, general healthcare, gynecology, and other services there and have been taken well care of.

Honestly, if ne of the more pleasant experiences I’ve had going to the doctor. I got in very fast from the waiting room, to the doctors room. And within mins the doctor saw me! Crystal Martin, PA, explained everything to me in detail and a great bedside manner. Doctors needs to be more like her! She actually listens . They are quick, but if you need them to listen, they will . Fully recommend.

Dr Lala-Reddy and her colleagues are incredible!! Most compassionate and thorough medical team I’m so grateful to have! Casie Nguyen is one of the best and most caring medical professionals I’ve had and I’m thankful to her as well!! Thank you!!

Only 1 star and that's because I had to. I have never dealt with an unorganized doctor in my life! I've been trying to get to see Dr. Reddy- an infectious disease doctor. Mind you. I've been trying to get an appointment since September! I've had 2 appointments and both were canceled and supposedly made in error! The first appointment I called to confirm only to be told I did NOT have an appointment! Spoke with a very rude woman. She said to me “This doctor doesn't just see anyone” It was very rude from the get-go! They called me today to confirm my appointment for tomorrow and once again I'm out on hold and transferred to Jessica only for her to tell me once again that I did NOT have an appointment!! This office has had all of my paperwork since September. Spoke with I think her name was Jessica who quickly informed me that this doctor's specialty is AIDS. Okay, no problem. She stated the doctor only comes in twice a week. I was sent to this doctor by my urologist chasing an infection I've had for months. Do I recommend them!! Um..NO!! RUN THE OTHER WAY.

I was going to the Tustin branch and wasn't satisfied. Couldn't get an appointment right away. So I decided to call Fountain Valley branch and got in within two days. I have no problems getting an appointment in a reasonable time period. Unlike the Tustin branch this was nice newer facility and the waiting room is really nice and my new doctor, Dr. Thao Ho is the best !

Great front desk smiling faces..nice attention and care for any question related to Dr appointment..all staff was ready to answer any question about it..and when I meet my Dr for the first time.Carlos Franco...I feel grateful for his patience and care about my case ...MUCHAS GRACIAS A TODOS !
