Family RV is really a 5 stars out of 5 Stars operation. We rented an RV from them which turned out to be a beautiful huge 2025 new RV with less than 10,000 miles on it.

Family RV really does know the definition of customer service. We had great service from the start by Chrystal Del Castillo, Briana Phelps and April Saldivar. There were many more people at Family RV, behind the scenes which I’m very thankful who made sure that our RV rental was ready for pickup.

The team at Family RV answered any insurance questions and provided options for us to add supplemental insurance.

We opted to go with Family RV instead of a personal party or one of those large outdoor RV - Trailer rental outfits … as it turns out, It was a smart move as Family RV has many resources to be sure there is a vehicle available which you cannot get from a personal party

Very please with Brianna and the team here. We’re first time RV’ers and rented a lovely Ram Sprinter with all the amenities. Everything worked perfect, process flawless and selection awesome. Very happy. Would rent here again!

This the second time I've rented an RV and both times have been great. We rent their A class RVs to take to EDC in Las Vegas and both times have been flawless.

I have heard horror stories from people who have rented from other RV rental companies or directly from RV owners-- some people have said that some of the important functions such as their Air conditioning not working-- some people have complained that their rental was canceled 2 days before the event-- some people complained that their rental was given to another renter, thus ruining their vacation. I have never had any of those issues with Family RV.

The front office has always been professional, kind and responsive. And their RV tech, Dave is very helpful, knowledgeable and thorough. All they ask is to return the RV in the same working order that you took it. Also, highly recommend getting the internal and external cleaning package.

We're doing EDC Las Vegas for a third time in 2024 and will definitely be using Family RV again!

They will stick you with the bill for their CHEAP trailers. Charging you to repair them!!!

After looking around for two or three months we bought one of Family RV's ex-rental motorhomes, a 2018 Thor Chateau with full slideout. Having driven it 200 miles home and then taken it on a three day, 300 mile first trip, we couldn't be happier with it. Everyone was very helpful on the day we bought the motorhome and have been helpful subsequently when we've had questions.
