valet absolutely wrecked our car a few weeks ago @ Elmhurst hospital, should know better than to expect anyone to take accountability but luckily for us security was there to cover it all up & apparently the security cameras out front are just for show. accidents happen, poor guy was in the weeds by himself so maybe going forward staffing needs should be addressed so we aren’t being negligent to compensate for demand in the future. just a suggestion 👍

Since I been coming to UCM Ingalls Flossmoor IL. Madison the valet guy has always does a wonderful job. He moves the cars in and out quickly. Praise God for his cheerfulness. I appreciate the great customer service. Thank you valet department. Awesome Job!!!

What a great experience. First time my husband and I used the valet parking at Prairie Heart in Springfield was today. The gentleman who parked my car was so pleasant and professional. We didn't have to wait but about 2 minutes for him to bring it around to us. Would recommend this company to everyone. Saved us a lot of walking. Thank you FC.

We had FC Valet provide valet services for a private event at a personal residence over the weekend. Jason and Michael did fantastic work!
They were very professional and accommodating! They had umbrella’s for guests when it started to rain. They helped to provide directions when guests arrived and were quick to retrieve cars when guests were leaving for the night.

All in all they did a fantastic job! I would recommend FC Valet to anyone that is looking for valet service. TOP NOTCH!

So thankful to FC Valet for helping to make my event as SUCCESS! From beginning to end the experience was seamless. Within hours of sending an email for service I was sent a detailed proposal including a google map of my property and proposed parking plan for the night. As a professional event planner I can't tell you how thankful I am when vendors solve problems instead of creating them! The crew showed up on time and had their own signage for outside of my dealership directing traffic flow. I didn't have to worry about a thing. We had the right about of staff where my guests were able to park efficiently while still remaining affordable. Overall I think the valet made a great impression on my guests and was a nice touch for not too much additional cost. The crew was very professional and handled working outside in the cold with smiles on their faces for my guests. They even stayed a little later than expected since a few of my guests stayed. I will absolutely work with First Class Valet again. Thanks for the great event!!

We had an experience that ruined an evening for a special family friend on May 20th, 2023. We were celebrating a birthday and there were several occurances where we believed that the valet could have handled the issues much better than we experienced them. Our experience that was going well, was simply ruined by these several instances. The worst of them all was related to the Valet as we were leaving the restaurant (Chama Gaucha). Our family friend was driving away after receiving his keys from the valet and had noticed a lanyard of my wife's in his vehicle where it started in our vehicle when leaving it with the Valet team. In this lanyard, she had her work ID, and money in the zippered pocket. When our family friend found it in his vehicle, the money and her ID was missing. We immediately brought this to the attention of the Valet team (Nick V. And Matt K.) and Restaurant Manager (Ronnie). The Manager of the restaurant informed us that we would need to work directly with the Valet team to resolve the issue because they were a third party hired by the restaurant. When speaking with both parties, no resolution was made, but the Valet team didn't know how my wife's items could have been moved to another vehicle and her belongings to be missing from the lanyard. The Valet team confirmed that they locked both vehicles when parked and the only access to the keys are in a lockbox at the Valet stand. We did not notice any sign of force to get into our vehicles, so we were baffled as to how this had happened. We were not happy and felt violated that our belongings were moved from our vehicle into another vehicle while we we dining in the restaurant. We have filed a claim with fc hospitality and filled out a police report. Nothing has happened yet and we hope to update this review once we have answers from this valet service. However, we hope that this message is helpful to any future guests to be mindful as to when they drop their vehicle off with the Valet team (FC Hospitality) hired by the restaurant (Chama Gaucha). We would recommend that you take videos or photographs before leaving your vehicle with this team from our one experience with them.

We needed a valet company for our Grand Opening event in Michigan City, Indiana. FC Valet made the long trip from Chicago to meet our needs and at a much lower price than another company I quoted. The lower price did not mean that I had to sacrifice great service and professionalism! The team leader, Ken, was incredibly knowledgeable and hit the ground running. I immediately felt confident that he would do the job correctly for us. Because of his confidence and knowledge of his job, he helped to make our event a huge success! He had wonderful customer service too! I will definitely use FC Valet again! Thank you again!
