Esta agencia está haciendo ventas a Cuba, destino Holguín por 10120.00 $ y más con escala en Bahamas ya q es la única manera de viajar a otras provincias de Cuba q no sea Habana; el ticket comprende 2 maletas de 50 lbs,si deseas 70lbs debes pagar 100.00 más. Si quieres maletas extras 250.00 por cada una… horrible !!! El servicio es pésimo empezando q te emiten un ticket de avión y ni te dice por dónde sales o entras, el horario es 8:40 y en el aeropuerto te dicen q no es así q es a las 9:40( q tampoco logras salir a esa hora).
Luego es lo peor estás en layover en la ruta Miami- Holguín dentro del avión al menos 1hr, ni aguaaaa te ofrecen.
Pero la peor parte es el regreso tienes q bajar del avión y volver a entrar al aeropuerto y voler a hacer check in y pasar inmigración y te cobran otra vez tu maleta q no viene en cabina es increíble!!!’ Es un robo y nadie te lo advirtió al comprar el ticket de avión.
Es una burla y un robo al cliente… duración del viaje casi 9 horas… parece q vienes de Europa.
Basta del abuso con los cubanos allá y aquí !!!
