I had my reservations at first from the few reviews I had read here on google, but decided to check them out anyway. Let me tell you that Angela and her husband are amazing human beings. I am so glad I didn't listen to the reviews!! Angela was so accommodating and an absolute pleasure to work with. Angela has a heart of gold and went above and beyond her responsibilities to make sure I had a memorable wedding. No matter what day or time I would message Angela she would respond to my questions. I remember one day Angela even responded to my message while she was out of the country. All in all the venue ended up working out great as I was able to decorate it however I wanted as well as bring in my own food and alcohol. I highly recommend this place!

🚨🚨 DO NOT RENT OUT "FIESTA EVENT HALL" in Wood Dale, IL🚨🚨

We recently had an event there and had a horrible experience. That would be Our first and last time!

The owner Oscar was very rude to our guests.

Oscar also wanted to charge us $250 dollars extra once the party ended. He wanted to deduct that from the Deposit. He was claiming the event was "over capacity" by 14- 17 guests.

Oscar was mad because at the end of the party I went behind the bar to collect all the unopened bottles of liquor, (long story short) he had alcohol hidden in the 2 refrigerators in the back and 6 24 cases of modelos (beer) right next to the back EXIT door. I asked him to give me back all those cases of beer and he was trying to keep them stating that those weren’t mine. He was telling me I was not allowed to be or look in the back room.

Please save yourself time/ stress and DO NOT rent out this place.

‼️Read Before Booking‼️
Very unprofessional place and owner was very rude to our guests. Had a horrible time booking as we brought our own alcohol and even took inventory of our stuff so this wouldn’t happen but they took our bottles of alcohol that WE brought. They kept denying it and couldn’t even show us the empty bottles. Very sketchy owners and wanted to charge us more when coming back for the deposit. Do not book here go look somewhere else for a place to rent.

Nice venue for a party. Came here for a child’s birthday party. Cute greenery back drop on the wall for photo opps and an arch for balloons. Has a bar area for all your drinks. The servers behind the counter were nice. Area is spacious.

A lot of guests had a hard time finding the venue. There needs to be a sign. People were confused with the play place next door, and the address isn’t very visible. There was a “welcome” sign up against a post, but who is gonna actually see that and think that’s where the venue is.

The owner of this place is no longer there and took our deposit of $500. She deleted her Facebook page and the number on this page is no longer available. Before she took down the Facebook page and number , we asked her what would happen to our deposit and she said she’d open a new location soon and the deposit would go into it and she is no where to be contacted. She basically stole those $500 , and deleted her page. Soo unprofessional 👎🏽👎🏽

Pia's is the best venue to have an event! We've hosted a 200 guest fundraiser and Angela couldn't have been more generous and accommodating! Extremely helpful in assisting us to make sure our event was a success. The perfect way to have a party and save tons of money by bringing your own food and drinks. AAAAA+++++++ Thank you Angela!!

The hall has turned about a year since new management and the service they provide is the best in my opinion so don’t hesitate and get a hold of Oscar.
