I originally met Jerry Figueroa when he was my Uber driver from San Jose airport to home in Fremont. We got to know each other a little and I told him my husband and I were just starting to be able to travel. We were fortunate to then work with Jerry for six cruises from 2017 to 2020. We went to Mexico, Alaska twice, Europe, Southeast Asia, and Mississippi River.

He was great! We gave him some ideas about where we wanted to go. He then gave us several suggestions. After we picked one of them, he handled the reservations (mostly from Princess Cruise), hotels, transportation, insurance and excursions. We sometimes extended the trips before or after, so he made those arrangements.

Jerry is very experienced and knowledgeable. He really listened to the general ideas that my husband and I brought to him. He was very responsive and followed through with the details. Because we have done this multiple times now, he already knows what we need like a room in the middle of a cruise ship to minimize the amount of walking for my husband.

So I have high praise for Jerry. He knows that we have a big travel bucket list that we hope he will be able to help us with when travel becomes easier in spite of Covid.
