These guys were amazing to work with. So friendly and professional, their price was great and their service even greater! Hope we don’t need them again, but if we do we will be contacting them for sure. They were able to tow our 4X4 vehicle without any issue. 10/10!

These guys were spot on. I broke down when I was passing through, the gentleman told me he would be there in 20 minutes and he was. Brandon was the driver that came out and he was super helpful. I’m not from the area and he recommended 3 different shops to me. Everything worked out great. I definitely recommend these guys. Thank you.

These guys just came and helped us move a vehicle that we needed moved quickly at Boulder Creek RV Storage in Camp Verde from one site to another site. This is the best tow company I've used! My car had overheated going uphill so I needed a tow to a local auto repair shop. Brandon towed my car to the first shop, which was closed and looked a little unsafe, so I asked if he knew of a better shop since I didn't know the area. He recommended a shop completely out of the way at no extra charge. When we got to the shop, an attendant working there didn't even look at it and told me to tow it somewhere else. Brandon called his dad, the owner of the towing company, and his dad asked more diagnostic questions to get to the root of the problem (basically what the shop attendant was supposed to do). We found out the problem and I was cleared to drive home. Brandon towed my car an extra 10 miles closer to my destination. The total amount came to $100 less than what my insurance was charging me. I can't thank Brandon and his dad enough for saving me so much money. Brandon spent nearly 2hours with me to make sure I wasn't going to be stranded in a town I didn't know. I will be using them for any car issues!!!

I’m so grateful to Firebird and especially Don, who came to our rescue on a scary section of the 17. He helped us figure out where to take my car, since everything was closed for Labor Day weekend, went way out of his way to get us to a rental car place, and then a repair shop and managed to make it a fun adventure for my daughter. Thank you so much for all the help!

Don saved our vacation. We broke down on I17, and he came within about 30 minutes. He helped us figure out what to do next, took us to a car rental place, and then to the repair shop. He turned a bad situation into something that felt more like a fun adventure, I think riding in his truck was my daughter's favorite part of the trip. Thank you!!!
