i Was struggling to find someone to provide a few hours a few days a week to help take care of Mom. After numerous fruitless calls to agencies that said they couldn’t help I was referred to FirstLight by an agency to Firstlight. From my first conversations with Ryan I had a feeling that FirstLight was my answer. From the owner and Ryan , Heather, the office staff and down to each different caregiver (I believe we had 4 over the year, one was the primary and others to fill in when needed). the level of professionalism, knowledge, compassion, attitude and understanding gave me comfort that my mom was going to receive the best care. Scheduling was also quick and easy. If I needed extra hours or additional days they always were able to have a competent caregiver available. If the primary caregiver couldn’t make it they sent a replacement. They always had someone to be there for mom.
