I LOVE this store! Shawna was great and helped me find the things that I was looking for (& much more). So many bargains and new merchandise coming on. Our city is having a grand opening the end of the month but I couldn’t wait, I drove 30 min and it was worth it. Thank you Five Below

I just visited this location for the first time. I was SO happy and excited to see how clean and how well put together the store was. A woman greeted me and she ended up helping me with the stools I had been purchasing for my classroom. I have been talking about my amazing experience numerous times to my husband. I will be back soon!❤️

Five stars for their inventory. Two stars for treating me as if I were going to steal. I suppose they check customers out now. Well, let me correct myself. They checked out the brown people and allowed those with lighter complexions to check themselves out. Then, the cashier attempted to take my card from my hand for payment. I will not hand my credit card to any worker. I will do that myself. Then, when prompted for a rating, the worker input the highest rating. I looked directly at her and told her I was not going to give her a nine, and she simply smiled and said, "Yeah." It was a one for customer service. It's 2024 we all bleed the same.

Came in today knowing exactly what I wanted and had to wait while the associate scanned everyones baskets. It was NOT like this yesterday or the day before when I was in browsing. She's holding up ten people to make sure there is no theft on her shift, understand, but the sign says self checkout!! You held me up for a non store policy.
