Captain Chris was the best tour guide ever! He was very funny and serious when needed to be. He showed us around shell island and around the bay. We saw dolphins, rays, turtles, sharks we even got hands on experience with sea stars, sea urchins, live sand dollars and so many more. If anyone is looking for a great tour around Panama City to not only see these beautiful creatures but also to learn about them definitely plan a tour with captain chris! This experience was so amazing! Capt. Chris is super fun and knowledgeable- he knew right where to look for all of the creatures that make this area so special! We saw multiple dolphin pods, including momma's and babies! We saw sea turtles, Bonnethead sharks, giant lightning welks, seastars! We also found several sand dollars, including a rare purple arrowhead sand dollar! Sea urchins, crabs. It was such a great experience all around! If you're looking for something to do that's fun for all ages, call Chris and book a trip! In my opinion, you won't be disappointed! I've included several pics from today's awesome adventure!

We had a great time with Captain Chris. We took our second adventure out and Chris makes every trip equally fun. He really cares about people, family and making sure everyone has a great time. Chris has a huge heart for the ocean and shares his wealth of marine biology knowledge. My kids had a great time. They loved learning about the blue crab and getting to see one up close. It was a chilly one but still great. We can’t wait to adventure again!

We had the most amazing time with Captain Chris yesterday. This was way more than a dolphin cruise! Yes, we saw dolphins, but we also got to hold sea urchins, a striped burr fish and a live sand dollar. Captain Chris found a queen helmet snail, which was amazing.
We went to Shell Island and the shells we found were incredible! The water was the most beautiful turquoise. I didn’t want to leave!
My son was in his element chatting with Captain Chris about all things marine biology. If you’re ever in the Panama City Beach/30A area take a trip to Shell Island with Captain Chris! We can’t wait to do this again! What an experience!!

We had the best time with Captain Chris yesterday celebrating my wife's birthday. Our group of 6 grown-up "kids" thoroughly enjoyed the close up experience with critters and learning about the wild underwater world right in our backyard. A boat trip with Capt. Chris is such a treat! I have lived here a long time and have never had a trip like this! Chris is such a warm, personable, humorous guy and we enjoyed every minute of our time on the water with him. The kids got to snorkel and play on the shore. Chris showed us a beautiful sea star, dolphins, and we even got to see two horseshoe crabs! His extensive knowledge of critters in the sea had us in awe of this place we love so dearly. Can’t wait to go again!

Highlight of our girls trip!!!
We can’t say enough good things about this experience and Capt. Chris! We were looking for a fun, private dolphin tour and Flippin Awesome Adventures delivered! Our girls trip wanted something special and more personalized tour of the area and Captain Chris was more than accommodating. To anyone reading these views, it’s the person who makes the tour, and Chris is your guy! We loved how welcoming he was and so knowledgeable about aquatic life. We even loved the “dad jokes”. Keep an eye out for “shark” fishing coming!!!
