What an amazing adventure! Right from the beginning the hospitality was incredible. Pilot Scott was so knowledgeable and made even those afraid of heights comfortable. He told us all about the vegetation, animals and cool sights we were flying over. The breakfast was superb and the set up in the desert was absolutely adorable. Would 100% recommend this company!

The staff was friendly, personable, and completely wonderful.
It was lovely to land and have breakfast in the middle of the desert.
The photographer took awesome pictures and a time lapse video to capture this gorgeous memory.

Awesome experience! Took the wife for her birthday. We got to witness a proposal. Had an amazing breakfast in the middle of the desert. Met great people. And went for a smooth ride with a spectacular view. Pilot was very skilled and the crew was flawless. Couldn't have asked for a better trip through the desert skies.

What can I even say to express how amazing our experience with Float balloon tours was There are really no words! Their attention to details for creating such a memorable occasion is so evident from start to finish. Their initiative to support local business while conducting a top notch business of their own is admirable. The entire crew are all humble and professional. And the flight itself?! One of the coolest things I have experienced. I took my boyfriend for a sunrise flight over the desert for his birthday. It was both of our first times in a balloon and we were so pleased with Float Balloon Tours. At the end of the flight Matt and Olivia cooked us an outstanding brunch with locally sourced food and the best mimosa of my life. This was so much more than just a hot air balloon ride; it was an experience and a memory we will never forget. Float Balloon Tours completely nailed it and we will be booking a sunset flight the next time we are in the area.

Olivia & Matt created the most memorable bucket list experience. The tour started with coffee and homemade cookies at their shop before the ride followed by a detailed summary of what to expect and what to be prepared for.
Our pilot, Wild Bill, was the real deal, funny and knowledgeable. We felt like we were in great and extremely experienced hands. Our ride covered at least a good 10 + miles and 60+ minutes of ride time. Meanwhile, we could see competitor balloons in the distance and they looks stagnant, not traveling much ground. We tracked over mountains and a nature preserve. Wild Bill controlled the balloon to lower and get closer views of the canyons and mountains and gave us a relatively smooth landing.
Matt and Olivia and their team met us at the landing site and set up a gorgeous table for brunch complete with local flowers. They had a cocktail demonstration with delicious spiced honey mimosas followed by a gourmet homemade brunch right in the middle of the desert.
This was truly the most memorable experience. We couldn't have imagined a better way to start off our trip in Arizona.

This was AMAZING! This company has it together! From start (coffee and home made herbal tea with warm cookies) to Finish (beautiful and delicious breakfast in the desert with yummy champagne cocktails). It was seamless. Jake met us when we got there and was the best host for the entire trip. He explained how it would all happen from setting up the balloon to coming back in. Safety and expectations were set and he was on point! Scott was our pilot and we could not have asked for better!!! He was phenomenal! His experience showed for sure! The best! He explained how he was able to maneuver the balloon using the winds at various altitudes and chatted about what we were seeing, told us about his flying history, and absolutely loved the balloon prayer champagne toast over breakfast. I highly recommend this company!! Loved every bit of this experience. Not one negative word possible! And the professional photos.... those are amazing as well!! We had to have them! Great birthday celebration for my husband!

If you are looking for more than just a hot air balloon ride then this is the company for you! All around great experience from start to finish. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Booked the sunrise flight as a surprise birthday gift for my boyfriend. Our first attempt to fly we were unable to get off the ground due to weather (apparently its been a difficult year for ballooning because of el nino!) but the staff reassured us that we would be able to rebook at our earliest convenience. They even offered us the flight the very next morning but we were unable to attend. We rebooked for a sunset flight a few weeks later.

The meeting place was GREAT especially if you are trying to surprise someone because we meet in a lot in front of a pottery shop...my boyfriend said "We are taking a pottery class at 6 AM!?" It was priceless hahahaha anyways it is easy to find as well following iPhone map directions which is great.

The staff greets you and sets up a cute little table with fresh brewed Cartel (local) coffee and treats. We got their homemade Horchata the second time and it was delicious! Even my boyfriend who doesnt like Horchata tried it and loved it and drank an entire cup lol. Once everyone has arrived, had their snack, and the van is loaded and ready we take off to find a launching site which might be close or just a little bit of a drive. It depends on the wind and conditions.

The staff begins to set up the balloon for launch at the site and they encourage you to help out if you want, get involved, and even tough the balloon as it inflates if you want! That part was really fun. They even had a professional who came out and took pictures of us on the ground and as we were taking off. The actual balloon ride was sooooo amazing it was a gorgeous day, perfect temperatures, the flight was very calm and peaceful and not scary at all. Even though I was a little nervous before taking off I quickly felt extremely comfortable. Our pilot was very skilled, experienced, and knowledgeable and friendly with a great sense of humor. We flew for an hour with incredible views including Lake Pleasant before making a soft landing assisted by the ground crew. The ground crew tracked us to meet up with us right when we landed and began to set up dinner.

The dinner was the cherry on top of a wonderful experience! I was expecting good food but I was blown away by the meal. It was gourmet and delicious! And the post flight toast and drink was so great! The Float company owners utilize training from different chefs, bartenders, and restaurants to put together an absolutely incredible dinner for you. You will be full and happy! They are also incredibly friendly and gracious hosts. We may as well have been in their dining room instead of the middle of the desert! But being outside watching the sunset and having out meal under string lights and stars was beautiful and perfect. I couldn't have asked for more.

This was not only an unforgettable experience in itself, but I felt such genuine hospitality from the whole Float crew. They introduced themselves with a smile and were truly ecstatic to treat my girlfriend and I to such a unique and beautiful experience.
The ride was a little over an hour long of breathtaking views and the take off and landing were soft.
The landing party made the experience even more incredible. The breakfast and mimosas were exquisite for a peaceful outdoor picnic.
Overall this whole journey was worth every cent and I highly recommend this to anyone.
