We've used a couple of rental agencies on AMI and would recommend Florida Dreams. Communication was strong throughout the process. When we had a problem with the garbage disposal it was addressed in a timely manner by an island handy man who arrived on a bike, tools and part in hand. After spending the week and witnessing all the work and recovery to still be done we were grateful that this property was ready for our stay.

Anna Maria Island is a dream vacation spot. Since our last stay in 2015, the number of visitors seem to have tripled. But AMI is still a wonderful old Florida style vacation location.
The team of Florida Dream Realty of AMI is very, professional, helpfull und customer-focused. Despite some issues with the vacation home, which was beyond their control, they immediately did everything they could to assist and appease the problem. We found our small vacation home online. Florida Dreams Realty was very friendly from the beginning. We got to our rental cottage super late and tired, there was no problem getting inside with the code. House was very clean and beautiful. We all loved it. My two children, my husband, our dog and I truly enjoyed the 6 days stay. We had everything you need for beach vacation including beach toys, towels, umbrella, chairs! I have to admit less than a week is not enough on Anna Maria Island so we have to come back!!

We stayed in Mykonos for 9 days. It was very spacious and very clean! We thoroughly enjoyed every space in the rental. Kitchen was well equipped and all appliances worked perfectly. The pool area was really pretty and well maintained and we enjoyed just sitting at the outdoor table around the pool area. The one thing the other reviews didn't mention was that the pool is entirely 4 ft deep. My vertically challenged sister wasn't as comfortable because of not being able to touch the bottom, but we still hit the pool every day. The property maintenance man was next door and was helpful and addressed a problem with the pool heater right away. Florida Dreams Realty was great! After having to deal with another realtor that had taken over a property we had rented for a long time, FDR really was a dream! They were friendly and contacted us frequently to make sure we were comfortable and had proper attention. I have been visiting the island for many years, and I liked being in this quiet residential neighborhood. We are looking forward to going back to this location next year.

After nearly 30 years using virtually every rental office on the island I can say that Florida Dreams Realty is by far the best. We planned our usual one week stay that turned in to a two week stay. All of our questions and request were immediately and positively answered. The staff went above and beyond helping me workout all different issues I had scheduling my family’s vacation. The property was stunning and maintained in the same way. The vacation rental was basically staged for us just as appeared and advertised in the website ad. Fantastic!! We immediately rebooked for next year.

Loved our stay at Anna Maria Island! The house was clean, spacious and fully stocked with kitchen essentials, plenty of towels and beach accessories. Only issue we had was the cleaning crew arrived just before our check in time and we’re there an hour after our check in time. Wouldn’t have been an issue if we arrived a little later but we even let the host know we’d be there right at the check in time, so we ended up waiting in our car for about an hour. But overall would definitely stay there again!

We had our Honeymoon at Gertie's and it was more than fantastic! The private salt pool was the highlight of our trip, we were in it everyday! We will be back!
