This place was perfect for my husband’s 40th birthday. Elizabeth the venue coordinator was absolutely amazing, super easy to work with, made the process easy and stress free. Very reasonable price with tables and chairs included! Will definitely be renting here again soon!

We have used this location for a Bridal Shower, Birthday Party & Baby Shower and we have yet to be disappointed. Price is more than reasonable and the amount of time given to you is greatly appreciated. The owner is very professional and communicates. She does not hover over you watching your every move, just do not tear up her property, which is not too much to ask. Will definitely be using again in the future.

I had my babyshower on Nov 19th,2022 and everything was so perfect! The owner of the area was so nice and extended my time from 11pm to 3am on short notice. I will always recommend this event room to friends and family is they want to do a small event. It’s definitely worth the price.

Flo’s Event Room is amazing for any event! Not only is the personnel friendly and understanding, but the space itself is incredible. I held an event in Flo’s Event Room for my friend’s birthday and all of my guests fit comfortably and were able to enjoy the space. Will definitely be hosting another party and definitely recommend to all my friends and family to check it out. 10/10

Great space for an event, I’ve hosted about 3 parties here the most recent one in Nov and Elizabeth is very nice and professional. Very flexible as well. Definitely recommend if you live in the Waukegan area. Price is great compared to other places ...🙂
