Sara was absolutely amazing and I couldn't recommend her enough. She was detail oriented, responsive, knew all the ins and outs of making an incredible wedding. We couldn't count the number of guests that came up to us and said that our wedding was the best wedding they've ever been to. Sara truly went above and beyond - when I forgot to pack an overnight bag she went to my house and packed me one. She drove my grandmother home from the wedding late at night and made sure she got back safely. Without being asked she picked up undershirts for all the grooms men because we happened to get a VERY hot wedding day. She also made us feel so comfortable and helped us through the crazy emotions that come with planning a once in a lifetime event. ALSO she picked up our wedding as our planner only 2 months prior to the wedding date from a different planner who had made an absolute mess of things. Sara fixed every contract and got our event back on track. Seriously she is the best and exceeded every expectation.

I can't say enough good things about my experience with Sara! I am the bride whose mother and I have been planning my wedding my whole life (not to mention are very Type A/controlling!). As such, we thought a wedding planner was not necessary - this was until we spoke with Sara. *Spoiler alert: we could not have been more wrong!* The wedding was last month and I am not exaggerating when I say it would not have happened without her. We had almost every hiccup along the way, thanks to COVID, up until an hour before my first look when Sara hired a new photographer for us! But you wouldn't have known any of this if you saw me or my mom, who were calm, collected and even enjoying the day ourselves! If you ask me, my vendors or any of my 200 guests, the day ran absolutely smoothly and everything was beyond perfect, thanks to Sara's hard work behind the scenes, properly timing out every detail, reading over every contract, confirming 3x with every vendor, and stitching together all the pieces of my fairy tale wedding. Sara has creative ideas, she is kind and caring, without being overbearing. She made me feel supported and in good hands throughout a very trying 22 months! We all agree that we will never do any type of event without her...even if just for her company! My gratitude for Sara is endless, I couldn't recommend her high enough!

It is with gratitude and admiration that we write this letter about Sara Greenberg of Forever Young Events Massapequa. Last weekend our daughter and our new son-in-law were wed at a country club on Long Island. We hired Sara Greenberg to be our planner. That was one of our best decisions. Our relationship began last winter we contacted Sara and immediately felt a connection to her on the telephone. We felt confident that her extensive experience with wedding planning was something that would be helpful to us and wanted her assistance. Sara has strong relationships with many vendors and suppliers. She planned many special touches throughout the party, coordinated the hair and makeup schedule to meet the photography needs and kept us on time with her “RUN OF SHOW” throughout the day. Sara participated in meetings with our florist, the venue, the band and helped us select the design of the room including the floor plan. Sara also brought new exciting ideas to the meetings that were used at the party. When you hire Sara you feel that you are working with an expert in planning, We were very impressed with her organizational skills and communication skills. Sara’s client first attitude is one we feel confident in recommending to our friends and family.

Sara is the absolute best!!! She is such a delight to work with and is the ultimate professional who gets it all done with a cool, calm, and collected attitude. She made the entire wedding planning process stress free and was on top of it all from start to finish. Sara has great relationships with so many amazing vendors and connected us with all of the right people for our event. She managed relationships with each vendor which allowed us to have a stress-free level of involvement while still ensuring our vision, thoughts and ideas were clearly communicated to every party involved.

Sara has a can-do attitude and was easily able to execute any idea we threw her way. Sara is also a great sounding board with all of her experience and industry knowledge. She had an amazing team with her who ensured I did not lift a finger or worry about a single thing. This allowed me to be completely present and stress free the entire weekend which was invaluable.

Working with Sara feels like working with a best friend! My bridesmaids absolutely loved her and she is just such a pleasure to be around. Having someone like Sara who brings a calm, positive, and fun attitude to the wedding planning process makes it a much more enjoyable and stress-free experience. I cannot recommend having her by your side enough!

Sara’s organization and attention to detail is incredible. She was always our advocate when dealing with the venue and vendors and has endless knowledge of seemingly everyone who works in the wedding industry. Sara listens to her clients and uses their vision as her guideline. She never pushed us into something we did not want. Yet, at the same time, she used her unmatched experience to suggest and encourage us when she thought something was important to the aesthetics and quality of the wedding.

From the rehearsal dinner on Friday evening, throughout the entire wedding day, ceremony, reception, after party and the morning after, Sara was present and involved.

I don't even know how to express how much I valued Sara as my wedding planner. When we looked back on the weekend and reflected on the wedding we asked ourselves who was the MVP of the weekend. With out a doubt across both my family and my husbands family the answer was unanimous Sara Greenberg. Sara made our entire wedding process seamless and ran the weekend without any hiccups. She has an amazing knack at making everyone feel more calm in her presence.

There are COUNTLESS examples of how Sara was unbelievable but one comes to mind. The day before our wedding my Fiance decided that he was unhappy with the hora chairs and was worried about them being flimsy and one of us falling out of them. He immediately calls Sara and without hesitating she says she will make some phone calls and even go as far to bringing her OWN outdoor furniture to the venue which in the end she did. This is just one small example of how above and beyond Sara goes for her clients.

Sara was amazing from day one at helping us secure the best vendors, staying within budgets and overall extremely organized with this hectic process. She is so well respected within the wedding industry because the second they know you are working with Sara they know your event will run smoothly. Hiring Sara was the best decision we ever made! She truly is the only reason I enjoyed the wedding planning process.

Where do I begin with praising Sara...We first met when she planned the wedding of my now brother-in-law and watching her work her magic for their wedding, I knew we had to have her do ours as well. As she was already a member of the family, working with her throughout our planning process felt like fun and even in the small stressful moments, I knew we were in the right hands with Sara.

Sara is the best of the best. There is absolutely no one like her. She made me feel supported through every step of the way through planning our wedding, which was close to a year and a half process. She is so calm and collected that even in the moments where I felt my most stressed or anxious about something, a quick call or text from Sara was all it took to put me at ease. And the way she so effortlessly is able to handle all the different personalities from both sides of the families, myself and husband included, is just further proof of her cool, calm, and collected nature.

From the amazing vendors she connected us with to make our vision become reality, to the people on her team that made us feel like royalty on our big day, everything just came together perfectly and it's all because of Sara.

In our time working with Sara, she has also planned the weddings of some of my closest friends, and I know we all feel the same way about her. Sara is not only a friend, but she has become family and we're so happy to have her in our lives.

From our first phone call, Sara immediately felt like someone I knew I could trust and talk to – and from that moment on it really felt like I had a best friend helping us plan our wedding. Sara was not only there to make sure we stayed on top of what needed to get done, but to bounce ideas off of, give honest opinions, and to step in and make decisions as necessary when I just couldn’t make up my mind! On the day of the wedding, Sara and her team brought the best and most calming energy, and I had no worries knowing Sara would have everything handled. It was truly the best weekend of our lives, exceeding any and all of our expectations, and it wouldn’t have been possible without her!! So lucky to have had a planner we now call a friend!!!
