I just bought my dream dress at Formalities today! I booked a VIB appointment and got treated like a celebrity. Paige was such a pleasure to work with and really made me feel special. She let me begin by picking what I liked, then really listened to what I liked and didn’t like about each dress to really narrow down what I was looking for. She pulled two dresses that were so difficult to choose between because they were that stunning! I would absolutely recommend working with Paige and booking a VIB appointment at Formalities by Tracina Fisher to get the bridal experience every girl deserves!

This weekend my daughter, husband and I traveled to Formalities to find a pageant dress for my daughter. We were assigned Reena to help us navigate all of the beautiful gowns. Reena was so sweet and personable and boy! She knows her stuff. My daughter knows exactly what she likes and what image she wants to portray. Reena was quick to grab the exact look my daughter was asking for and was so knowledgeable on how to make the dress look it’s best on my daughter. We couldn’t be happier with the dress that Reena pulled for my daughter and ultimately bought. I would 100% recomend Formalities for any of your special dress occasion needs. Sarah was absolutely amazing! While this was technically my second time trying on bridal dresses she made it feel like a first appointment. She made the experience enjoyable unlike my first appointment at another location. We came in just getting ideas of things I like but thanks to Sarah I walked out with the most amazing dress. I would recommend this shop to anyone as all the employees were very polite and made you feel like family.

I took my daughter for her senior prom dress and we could not have asked for a better experience. Emma was amazing! She was so helpful and kind. She made my daughter feel comfortable and confident. She helped with selecting dresses, shoes, and jewelry. There were so many beautiful dresses to choose from. My daughter said it was like one of her friends shopping with her.
