Warren was so friendly and upbeat! We loved being greeted by great tunes and fun vibes. The tour was the perfect length with a much needed bathroom break in the middle. BYOB was a great addition. We learned a lot, saw amazing sights, and got to take photos at 2 landmarks. Silly, fun, funny times! Thank you!

We had an amazing time! The grandkids loved it and it was a perfect winter’s night to see the beautiful lights and decorations of Philadelphia. Our music performers are very talented and were so much fun while engaging us to share in the sing a long. They even welcomed our 5 year old grandson to do his own song! This was definitely a highlight to kick off our holiday season! Thanks to everyone involved for making it so special!

I’m giving it 5 stars because it was a great experience but the set up for the tour was really shaky.

The good: our driver and musician were top notch. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Our musician Ashton had such a wonderful voice, a great sense of humor, and made us all fell so welcomed. Our driver Chris was phenomenal and was so safe with us. Due to space, we ended up sitting on folding chairs in the back and even with the unsecured chairs we were completely safe.

The questionable: We arrived 30 minutes before the tour and were told we couldn’t be in the trolley area until it was our time/group’s turn and we’d be notified - we weren’t notified. We took ourselves to the “trolley area” of the bar and heard some people get reprimanded for being in the area early. We were told we would also be informed when it was our time to board - no one came by. 30 minutes after our departure time was scheduled someone came through and said would should board and when we did - the bus was already full. Like I mentioned earlier, we sat on folding chairs in the bus which isn’t the safest. It was so full that some people didn’t even get to go on the trip with us which might have been avoided if we had been informed when others were boarding. The communication at the beginning left a lot to be desired. All of this aside, it really does deserve 5 stars because it was such a great experience.

Had a blast and got into the holiday spirit! Got to see all the lights with none of the hassle. Sarah, the musician/singer on board was amazing and our guide was too! Would recommend and will be going again next year!

What a great way to get into the holiday season!! The tour guide/( Jeremy)singer was AMAZING AMD VERY FRIENDLY. He had the whole trolley singing along and laughing from start to finish. We did not want it to end.
