Excellent service! Staff was so professional and considerate. Shout out to Lawrence and Steffani. They were friendly, professional, and weren't bothered when I asked for extra assistance . The rooms were nice. The bed and the pillows were like clouds to sleep on. They will be missed. The kitchen staff was very nice and fairly price. Good food. 👍🏾

I stayed here recently and I was extremely disappointed. On my way to bed, I took a look at the comforter and you will not believe what I found. Please look at the pictures below!! It was black (what appeared to be mold) on the comforter. Thankfully the front desk was nice enough to move me to a different room without any issues! The front desk was very nice about switching my room. I just could not believe that they would make the bed with such gross bed lining. Very disappointed, but happy with how nice the front desk was.

Stayed here for work. I extended my stay and the elderly woman whom extended my stay didn’t book me so it wasn’t a reservation in my app and I wasn’t able to use my digital key. When I asked her to zero my balance @ the end of the week for work purposes she formed me it was above her pay. I did inquire with the next shift who apologized for my previous encounter, zeroed my balance and also gave me a new physical key. Overall I’d stay here again.

Let’s start with the good: the hotel is beautiful, the staff is kind and friendly, and the hotel is clean and welcoming.

The downside? I booked a room with a hydro tub after a long week of work just for relaxation, I only live 30 minutes away. Unfortunately after multiple attempts to clean the dirt that kept blasting of the jets , I gave up and did not get to enjoy the sole purpose of booking the room.

Don’t come here with dogs even if you register them when booking. I came in from a walk around 10pm and the front desk person started questioning me like my dogs and I did not belong here. After reviewing my reservation and verifying that I did register my dogs she told me that they won’t kick us out but I had to pay $175 pet fee to stay. That is more than we had to pay for our room rate with taxes. Every other Marriott that accepts dogs charges me one extra cleaning fee of $50. This was a per dog charge with an extra charge for size.

As a titanium for life member who travels all the time with my dogs I definitely felt like I was being taken advantage of knowing that I could not leave in the middle of the night.

Good hotel for a quick stay, wasn’t to happy about not having breakfast included with the higher price that we paid so that wasnt fun. The kids weren’t happy with that! But nice place and the beds were clean and comfy

If I return to the area, I wouldn't avoid this hotel, but it also wasn't great.||+: The staff are really friendly and check-in was very quick.|-: The room was a little rundown, like a small stain on the curtain, a bit of peeling wallpaper. Nothing terrible, but not what I'd like to see.|-: The air conditioning was very noisy in my room.|-: There was a power outage scheduled by the local utility company from 7am to 3:30pm. Luckily, I had early morning plans, so I was able to checkout before the power outage began, so I don't really know what the impact was on guests. There were signs up all over the hotel, but they were confusing (would I still be able to turn on the lights? what if I needed to use the elevator to bring down my suitcase?) I think the hotel should have sent an email in advance so I could figure out my schedule and consider planning to stay elsewhere.

Positive: Despite the bustling atmosphere and long lines, the young lady at the check-in desk provided an outstanding customer service experience. Her ability to manage so many customers while maintaining a positive attitude truly set her apart. Negative: Having dogs in the hotel was a turn off because I am allergic
