A lovely and relaxing place to stay while exploring Marin County. We really enjoyed the peaceful little garden with its adorable setup and the calming sound of the wall fountain near the reception area — such a nice touch!

The room rate was also quite affordable, which was a pleasant surprise for a Sheraton.

Another interesting detail: we found both a Holy Bible and The Book of Mormon in the drawer — something we rarely see in other hotels.

Overall, a nice and chill experience in San Rafael!

This is my first time in Cali and this Hotel is both convenient and beautiful.

The true highlight was my time downstairs at the Bar and Pool area.

Bartender Jose made me one the most delicious drinks I’ve ever had the French 75, I was going to stop at 2 but had to go back for a third as it was both delightful and refreshing.

We enjoyed our visit very much. One individual Jose who was the bartender went above and beyond during our stay. He is an asset to the Four Points Sheraton. Very impressed with the exceptional service and excellent drinks including his version of an Espresso Martini. Look forward to the next visit! ,

I was in the area for work and they were able to get me checked in early which was great. The issue was I was in a BASEMENT room, literally floor 0. The whole hotel had a weird smell to it, getting worse as you got deeper into the hotel. I was surprised at how outdated this 4 points was, I've stayed in some really nice ones. Stucco ceilings, outdated rugs and all the furniture was scuffed at some level. I ended up leaving a few hours after I arrived. They wouldn't even prorate the room for me. I travel a lot for work and always stay at Marriotts. Very disappointed. On the bright side, the front desk staff were lovely.

This has been my second stay and I’m so glad I found it. Every employee I have encountered has been exceptional and so friendly. The rooms are clean and the grounds are well kept. I had dinner and a drink at the bar this trip and Jose, the bartender is AMAZING. His margaritas are delicious and compliment the food well. I’ll be traveling to the area every week for a few months and I already feel like I’ve going my home away from home.

I stayed a few times at this hotel well located just outside of the 101 freeway but away from the noise on top of the hill. Beautiful lobby with a fireplace and a restaurant inside the hotel. The room was very clean, comfortable bed , tea and coffee available in the room. But most of all , Jackie who checked me in was very nice and helped me figure out an issue I had (with a smile). She was very Professional and pleasant. So thanks again Jackie.

Had a fantastic experience at the hotel bar thanks to Jose. He was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and knowledgeable about the drink menu. His reccommendations were spot on, and made everyone feel comfortable and well taken care of. Jose friendly demenor and excellent service truly elevated the whole experience. Highly recommend.

I only came in to have a drink, Saturday night, they didn't have pineapple juice, which I need for my favorite drink, AND their credit card reader was down. Thankfully, I had some cash, but what a major inconvenience for a bar in what I consider to be a top-tier hotel chain. Kudos to the staff as they were super accommodating. Tough job or them when they aren't given the tools to do the best job. Made sure they were tipped well.
Major disappointment to the management for not making sure all the conveniences of a major hotel chain are in working order and if not, getting them fixed immediately.
