Great Service, Comfortable Stay, but a Few Issues||I recently stayed at Four Points by Sheraton Tallahassee Downtown and had an overall good experience. The room was clean and comfortable, and the service was excellent. Erika at guest services was kind and attentive, making check-in smooth and ensuring we had everything we needed. At the bar, Bryce was engaging and kept the drinks flowing, creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere.||However, there were a few downsides. I ordered the short ribs, but they weren’t good at all. Thankfully, Bryce quickly and kindly switched my order to a cheeseburger, which was fine—at that point, it was late, and I was too hungry to switch again. The biggest inconvenience was the elevator, which was being worked on and wasn’t stopping on the correct floors, making it frustrating to get upstairs. Additionally, the WiFi was slow, so I ended up using my own service instead. Linda in house keeping saw me leaving and asked about my stay making sure the room was clean and asked if I needed anything. I informed her I was checking out and my room was in nice condition during my stay. She was kind and held a great conversation. ||Despite these issues, the great staff and comfortable accommodations made for an enjoyable stay. If the elevator and WiFi were improved, it would be a near-perfect experience. Would stay again!

Went here during Sperbowl weekend with a few friends. Truly had an enjoyable experience. The bar staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The overall environment was very welcoming, so much so that all of the guest were in a great mood and enjoying themselves. Last but not least I'd like to mention the front desk staff. Kaylen was very helpful, welcoming, and informative when it came down to helping myself and other guest.

Erica at the Front Desk was so kind and accommodating. Despite it being super busy, she was not flustered and treated me with care and addressed my needs as if it was just as important to her. I observed her behavior with every guest that came in as I waited in the lobby. Kima Williams, the Food and Beverage Supervisor went way above and beyond to be helpful. She was kind, pleasant, and a true asset to the organization. When I asked if she could guide me to someone to assist me with a need, she stopped what she was doing to help me personally. She didn’t make me feel like she was inconvenienced at all and gave me her name if anything else came up for me during my stay. Everyone on the team was so warm and personable throughout my stay. It was a really great experience.

Friendly accommodating staff. Especially great service from desk from Erica. ||Loved evening free appetizers ||Breakfast was outstanding. Great selection of foods. Had a Great server and excellent chef. Chef came out to check on. We felt important and very at home.

When I tell you these four individuals customer service is impeccable is an understatement. They went above and beyond from the time I checked in to the time I left the hotel making sure I was comfortable and enjoyed my stay. I travel foe work for extended periods at a time and being away from family is difficult. It is employees like these four that make the stay worthwhile! Ronda (Breakfast area), Roxanne (Breakfast area), Zurry (front desk), and Kaylen (front desk). Thank you all so much for your hospitality!

Rooms were good! Restaurant and front desk staff were amazing, very friendly and courteous, specifically during breakfast. Made our morning! Would definitely stay here again. Breakfast was very good! Location is near the FSU arena, easily able to walk there!

“Fantastic service and a comfortable stay!”

I had a wonderful experience during my stay downtown. The manager, Andrew, provided exceptional service—attentive and genuinely welcoming. The bartender’s drinks were excellent, and breakfast was spot on. My room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. I’ll definitely stay here again next time I’m in the area!

The service workers were great, Erica, Brice and Linda were absolutely amazing and fully accommodating to our needs. Loved the pillows, they were very soft and the cleaning service was thorough and efficient. Here for PBC Days and loved every moment
