They've been always good to me always answering my questions also saved me money I was stuck in the driveway a couple weeks ago not able to go to work I called them went I wanted all 4 tires they explained back tires are good I bought 2 for the front next storm not a problem what amazed me is it was when tires were damaged from metal shaving still they took time even working 3 hours over normal time

I called him up I was 1 minute away the guy said come on over and put it in a big door he found a problem he worked on it for about a half an hour he was done and I said what do I owe you and he said nothing I said what he's like no just go ahead and get out of here man you know find out he was the owner and his brother too I said listen I got to give you something I reach into my pocket and I gave him $40 and told him to go get lunch for him and his brother. If you're ever in Franklin book these guys up they are great.

All & all good dudes. I've only been in a couple times, but one time it was a tire issue I was having with my Lincoln Navigator. Long story short, they set me up with a courtesy
"No Charge" for a valve stem repair. The next time I brought a tire in for repair it was a big ole
"loose tire"
(off the vehicle)
that goes on my old F250 sh!÷ this time they hit me with every fee they could think of. It didn't add up to a whole bunch, but it's just the principle. In retrospect, it's funny because it just equaled out in the end. Just make sure you know what they are to do before they sgoingtart. Good tir3s, d3cent pric3s....GO SEE EM

So a few weeks ago took my Subaru to get winter tires on & one of the studs broke, (am 💯% sure not their fault) They ordered a new one & replaced it today with NO CHARGE To Me. Not sure many places would do this & am Very Grateful To Have This Business Serving My Community. Thank You ALL & Have A Blessed Christmas!

Bought winter tires online and took them here for mounting and spin balancing. Very friendly and courteous staff. Price for this service was extremely competitive (probably the best around this area). The tires I purchased were directional and one was put on backwards 😳. Noticed this when I got home. Returned to the shop and they corrected the situation without hassle or hesitation. Will go back in the spring and highly recommend them for all and any tire needs.
