Will not be going back to freeway and I've been with them for 6 years! I pay monthly for roadside assistance and the first time I need a tow the so called "roadside assistance" people said they can't cover the tow (even tho it's going 5 miles from my house) I'd have to pay out of pocket and then contact my insurance and try to get reimbursed from them! So wtf am I paying an additional monthly charge for "roadside assistance" yes they have mileage limits but it's literally right down the road!!

I went to this location after not coming to this location for a while because the last girl from here messed up my information and then left things about my policy. The girl now Brendan Mercado was so helpful she informed me on the different coverages I can choose from and even helped me sign into my account so that I can transfer money to pay for my account. Now all my information is updated and I feel confident in my coverage that I chose

Came twice once at 5:30pm during the week and Saturday at 9:30 am and it’s always closed. The hours are from 9-6 everyday and 9-3 on Saturdays. It would be nice if they post the correct hours so we don’t have to waste our time.
