What a lovely company to work with! Everyone was so polite and kind from start to finish! We ended up having to cancel our trip 1 day in and they made the process as smooth as possible. Will definitely use them again when we travel in the future!

So glad we rented from Fun & More! Initially had the 4-person electric ready to go when we arrived at our rental (drop off/pick up included, and with 1 booster!), but after the first day, we decided that forward facing for our kids was a better option. The staff more than accommodating and responded quickly, and even honored our discount for the upgrade. Upon exchanging, Brandon was awesome! He had everything ready for the 6-person and even threw in sand toys for the kids (they made great use of them for the week!). Needless to say, I'll be renting from Fun and More the next time we're on the island.

While the baby crib, high chair and stroller we rented were fine, the delivery service was awful. We were scheduled for a 9-11 am delivery and after five phone calls asking where they were we finally got them at 1 pm. We wasted an entire morning waiting on them.

I’ve rented at Fun and More Rentals both times I’ve been to Anna Maria and couldn’t be happier with their service. The golf cart is at the house when I arrive and they pick it up when I leave. It’s an effortless transaction and the staff is very friendly. Will definitely use them in the future, highly recommend

We rented 3 single speed beach cruisers for our 5 day trip to AMI. Baskets, locks and helmets provided upon request. The best part is that they drop them off at your rental property the day you arrive and then you just lock them up when you depart and they pick them up. How hassle free and convenient is that. They had the lowest prices and Amanda was very helpful with the reservations. I would definitely recommend.

Called on a Sunday asking about a golf cart being delivered. They had told me it would be delivered between 9-11 on Monday morning. I called around 1030am Monday wanting to know an est time of arrival & she did not give a time est. she told me they would call once they were on the way to deliver the cart. Around 1130-1140 I got a call saying they were on their way to deliver the golf cart. i walk over from the beach to my VRBO, waiting & waiting. I called about 15 minutes later wondering where they were (bc it was supposed be ~10 mins from our stay) & they said they dropped it off but they’d bring the keys - apparently they dropped it off at some random condo down the road, which is fine bc things happen & the addresses were weird. But I think if they are dropping off a golf cart, they should call whenever they are on their way (unless you pre-order) & when they pull up to give you the keys. & if you say you’d deliver it between 9-11, it should be delivered in between that time frame. The communication was not good. Then when we go to use the golf cart, the steering alignment was way off. The steering wheel was half turned to the right for going “straight.” The golf cart sounded like it was going to fall apart the whole time. We only had it 2.5 days, so it got the job done but overall - I am not impressed. The lack of communication is what really frustrated me. The only plus side to the whole thing was that they deliver for free. IF you decide to use fun & more rentals, I do recommend ordering a delivery before arriving so it’ll be at your Airbnb/VRBO/condo upon your arrival or you could be waiting around on them to drop it off 🙂 I will give Rachel 5/5 stars though because she was very sweet on the phone. She sounded so smiley & pleasant. Sometimes when you have a bad experience, having someone speak to you like they are having the best day can make you feel more calm with the situation.
I will also say it was one of the cheapest places for a golf cart rental, which is another plus side.

Just got back from a girls trip. We used this company to rent 6 bikes, 4 kayaks and a golf cart.
We made sure with the company prior to renting the kayaks that we had access to the mangroves from the pond area in the backyard. They assured us we did. That was false and we couldn’t use them.
They will not refund our money or even half of our money. Terrible customer service. Do not use this company!

Your reply to my review is all people need to read. You have proven my point. Your company told us false information, your employee told us the day after we tried to use the kayaks to call when we get home to address the problem! Thanks for proving my point!
