Ifung a.k.a. Fantastika Travels is indeed that – – fantastic. We chose her from stellar online reviews, and felt lucky to be her clients for a two week, three-person family vacation in Thailand, Bangkok and Krabi specifically.

Ifung graciously took over from me after I had started trying to figure out the many hotels, resorts, airlines and transfers. All I did was stress about it. After Ifung started, we never worried, being in her hands!

Researching and organizing a boatload of details, and helping us rebound from a bump or two in the road (due to our resort’s own mistakes), Ifung remained cheerful, positive, optimistic and offered us many creative options throughout.

She organized things from beginning to end and did it while making us feel informed and confident. Her Viator local tour guide and experience booking platform was also super convenient and connected us with great tours and more.

Where can I begin? Ifung is simply the best! My husband and I planned on traveling to Europe for our 10th wedding anniversary and I had the idea of hiring a travel agent. I found Ifung through some recommendations on a mom’s group on Facebook. From start to finish, Ifung was fantastic to work with. My travel agent was the easiest to work with. I-Fung helped find me hotels near the city centers where I wanted to stay. Our hotels were within walking distance to so many attractions. She was able to get all four of us into one room and even got us hotels that had breakfast. She's patient in answering questions and quick to turn your itinerary back to you!
