The best GameStop I’ve ever been to! Super organized and the staff is just incredible. Went for a Pokemon release and the professionalism was thru the roof! In a day and age where we have so many scalpers they made sure to take care of everyone.

I literally bought a ps4 used and a game. Doesn't not work 🤣
And nobody answers the phone there. When all they do is work a cash register and up sell plans they can't manage.
Update I went back tome guy Steven who then gave me a ps4 with a broken controller, without a cord to the ps4? These guys are beyond incompetent

Went there for a Pokémon trading event. The Employees were super helpful and very chill and personable. I ended up picking up some Pokemon card sets, card storage/protection, and Pokémon Moon on DS. They have a nice selection of used games to choose from. Since they are a Special GameStop, I forget the technical name for it, they buy and sell as well as send your cards to be graded. They have loose cards from Pokémon, Magic, etc…. That you can buy for $1-$3 depending on the rarity. They have a pretty big card section as well as video games. Bigger than my local GameStop stores. Definitely will be going back there in the future to get my nicer cards graded.

This small store packs a punch! Large crowd just after Christmas. Extra staff on hand to expedite customers’ needs. Plushies (some reactant to ultraviolet light), figurines, new and used consoles, gaming accessories (such as headphones, keyboards and controllers), gift cards relating to video gaming (as in gift cards for PlayStation, Steam and Nintendo’s MiiVerse). Consoles on hand for short demo games. Ample parking in frontal lot. No bathroom.

Like the store and staff but they NEVER PICK UP THE PHONE

On July 2nd, 5:30pm two male workers were behind the counter, as we entered the store, there was no acknowledgement of our presence or greeting. Meanwhile, as other people entered the store (same profile as myself- adult with children), there was a much different reception of “hello and welcome”, and even further profuse mention of sales, areas of the store, etc.
I was bothered by this and am writing a comment to make aware of a differential treatment situation. Other than me calling regional managers, hopefully the comments are read. Training for racial microaggressions and customer service among other aspects may be useful.

Had a trade-in. Edwin was very helpful, professional, and efficient. He was able to run the store when customers came in and attended to what I needed without help. I would recommend utilizing this location for gaming needs as well as trade-ins.

Took upper Management sic plus years to get a knowledge team of employees rather than hiring eye candy. Nico is very helpful, always friendly and patient. Couldn't be happier each time I visit. If I moved out of town I would probably go out of my way and still shop at this location because of the consistency in the report I have established with the team members that work here.
