Trailer was ok. The beds were as hard as rocks, you will definitely get no rest or sleep. My vacation was horrible due to this, i was exhausted the whole trip because of no sleep. I did not have a mattress it had a pad for a mattress.

Anna and Walter at Garvin’s are life savers. HUGE help with a breakdown leaving Payson and couldn’t have been more accommodating. Ended up getting multiple repairs done and it being far more affordable than anywhere else I could have gone.

I had unfortunate circumstances during a heavy rainfall and got stuck in the mud just up the road, I called all the towing companies and no one was able to help out. My last resort was calling locals to see if someone had a 4WD truck . Thankfully Annie (I believe was her name my apologies if I got it wrong) said she would talk to someone she knows. Sure enough Walter came out and got us back on the road. My girlfriend and I greatly appreciate the kindness we were shown when we needed some help. Good people still exist and the folks at Garvin’s are definitely among them. Thank you!

Can't believe how fast they sold my RV for me. I had a check in hand within days of submitting consignment paperwork. So much better than trying to sell it myself!! They are doing a lot of innovative things there as far as rentals, try before you buy, delivery, etc so if you're looking and not sure what solution is going to work best for you, check these guys out.

Worst experience we’ve ever had! We decided to rent an RV from them being that we came into town from Texas. The toilet and kitchen sink leaked all over, they didn’t include a drain hose, the refrigerator went out and we lost food, they had things held together with electrical tape and it was filthy. Instead of offering any type of compensation, all she offered was credit for a future rental. Why on earth would we want to go through another nightmare?

We stopped after a tire failure on our sprinter van. While they could not help with the tire replacement they provided a referral to a tire service and let us hang out and park while we waited.

Garvin's has great customer service. Anna, donny and Walter we're all very nice and eager to help with any problems. The 5th wheel was great and roomy. Would definitely rent again.
