I was a guest at Genetti Hotel for a Polka Festival and not a wedding, but the whole stay was beyond compare. It is an exceptional place. Each and every staff member is accommodating and friendly. The hotel is always decorated for the season and best of all it's pet friendly and pet loving.

Absolutely wonderful!!! Stayed for 4th of July. Everything was just right!! Breakfast was outstanding. And the area was quaint

The room looked elegant and clean. However, the microphone did not work, the staff took the plates away from the buffet before anyone could go back up, and the dessert was quite petite after waiting 20 minutes for it. On the contrary, the food also tasted very good.

Went to the breakfast buffet as it was advertised on the sign outside of the building. When I went to go inquire about it they said I could not go in because I was not a guest of the hotel and stayed overnight and I said there's a sign outside that says 14.99 for the breakfast buffet between 6:30 and 10: 0o. End of story why put a sign on the Marquis if I can't go in it was on the website too LOL they need to get their policies straight and use real eggs not powdered eggs. Burger King or McDonald's would be a better choice for food quality even the English muffins wrapped in plastic wrap smelled musty LOL would not recommend this simple as that

Best service ever. We attended an event @ Genetti's Best Western on Saturday night September 9th. We were greeted by an amazing Valet who put me at ease as I was upset I was unable to unload my wheelchair mother to the event. He assured us and helped my mom out of my Jeep and explained he would be here all night. He was a beautiful man. So gentle, respectful, "smiles are free" , I can't thank you enough for going above and beyond for us. You are an angel. Thank you so much. You are a very special person. I hope people who know you, can let you know how much this meant for us. Thank you for having such a kind heart.

Attended a friend's wedding here. The ceremony was in one room and the cocktail he and dinner was in another banquet room. Everything was wonderful and went smoothly. The Genetti staff was professional, courteous and friendly. I would definitely recommend Genetti Weddings to anyone looking for a wedding venue.
