Terri and the folks at Geneva Travel made planning our Honeymoon the easiest (and most fun!) part of planning our wedding. We planned a nine day trip to Maui and Terri was incredibly helpful in helping us select the best resort for us, sharing multiple options with lists of cost, amenities, perks, etc. We also booked multiple excursions through Geneva Travel. A couple of which we had to reschedule or change prior to and during our trip. Terri was SO responsive and helpful in making sure everything went smoothly in changing our reservations and making sure we were adequately informed about any changes. Geneva Travel planned a perfect vacation for us! Terri’s experience and knowledge was apparent; she planned a low-key for our 1st day which allowed us to see Barcelona while adjusting to the time change. The activities and tours she planned for the remainder of the trip were top-notch. The guides were informed, friendly, and engaging. Terri handled everything and took all of the stress off of us. I just want to confirm that the issues regarding tickets not being purchased in statements from September 2024 was a misunderstanding on my part. At no time was Geneva Travel responsible and in checking my account. The funds were not withdrawn as I had thought. There has been several attempts to update the original response. But they have not been successful.Be sure that everyone at Geneva Travel is very professional and caring.
