It was a pleasure working with Gina. We hired her to be a month-of coordinator for our wedding in August. Gina is very organized and detail oriented, and she helped us think through a lot of the nitty gritty logistics in advance so that we could feel confident on the day of the wedding that things would go smoothly. On the weekend of the wedding, she was so helpful, thoughtful and enthusiastic. She ran our rehearsal in a way that felt easy and efficient. On the day of the wedding, she dealt with every problem that came up calmly and with a smile on her face so that we and our families didn’t have to worry about anything. She was not only focused on making sure everything went well, but also on making sure that we felt present and had fun.

Gina was an amazing planner. We used her for partial planning as we hired her after a few major components were taken care of. From the moment we met her she was warm and personable and ORGANIZED. We immediately connected on Google Drive to organize all of the vendors and ins and outs of everything. Both my husband and I were in grad school throughout planning so having Gina to help keep us on track was necessary.

The week and day of the event she couldn't have been better. She came out to make sure the tent was set up appropriately, she helped with the rehearsal, and she made sure the design day-of was PERFECT. We didn't know what we wanted but somehow between Gina and our florist they read our minds and created the most beautiful ceremony and reception spaces we could have imagined. We were married at a venue without any infrastructure for weddings and needing to rent/build everything from scratch made having a planner like Gina even more important.

The day of the wedding Gina and her staff (Maggy and Katie) were professional and a calming presence. I know there's no wedding where nothing goes wrong but if anything DID at ours it was never brought to the attention of either my partner or myself, which in of itself was perfect. We had a great day due in large part to Gina and her team. I would 100% recommend her to anyone planning a wedding.

BEYOND AMAZING - Gina made all our wedding dreams come true! Gina Maloney is quite simply in a class by herself, both as a wedding planner and as a person. I first spoke with Gina on an early Saturday evening, and I was expecting to leave a voicemail because none of the other wedding planners I had called had picked up. But Gina picked up the phone -- she had an event that night, and she always picks up every call during an event to ensure that every aspect runs smoothly. That kind of dedication and attention to detail was evident in every interaction I had with Gina. She made the process fun and painless, from choosing the vendors to the party favors to the table linens. She is so creative with an amazing eye for design, and she is also incredibly organized, flexible, proactive and detail oriented. During the year we worked together she went above and beyond in every possible way.

Gina is also one of the loveliest people you could ever meet. She is not bossy or pushy like many of the wedding planners I had spoken to. She doesn’t take a commission on the back end from any vendors which should tell you about her high ethical standards. She treats everyone with respect and grace, which I’m sure is one of the many reasons why all the vendors love working with her (which means you will have your pick of the best vendors out there, no matter what your price point).

Gina has an incredibly kind and calming energy that helped keep me calm during the whole process. Literally nothing rattles Gina! Every request, from the big things to the tiniest detail, was met with positivity and enthusiasm. Ordering a lot of stuff from Amazon and Etsy for the wedding and you can’t fit all the boxes in your tiny NYC apartment? No problem, Gina will store everything for you at her house. Want to order party favors from France? No worries, Gina will call the vendor as many times as required to place the order perfectly. Have small kids in your wedding party? Worry not, Gina will arrange for babysitters and will bring books and toys for the kids to play with. Concerned that it might rain on your wedding day? Fear not, as soon as one raindrop falls from the sky, Gina will magically appear with beautiful clear umbrellas and her car to drive you the two-minute walk from your hotel room to the event space so that not a drop of water will land on your dress or your hair. Have elderly relatives who might require a little extra TLC? No need for concern, Gina will ensure everyone is taken special care of, graciously directing them to the elevator and always making sure my mom had a diet Pepsi when she wanted one. Want to put pictures of your cats on your specialty cocktail sign? Not a problem, Gina’s graphic designer will create the perfect signage for your wedding. Having a farewell brunch the next morning and want to have flowers on the tables? Genius Gina will bring a box of jelly jars to the reception and at the end of the night fill them up with flowers from your arrangements to be displayed at the brunch (that guests were then able to take home)! I could go on and on!

It is no exaggeration to say that Gina orchestrated an absolutely perfect wedding for us. It reflected our personalities, our relationship and our love for each other. We have received so many compliments from our guests that it was the best wedding they ever attended, and it was all thanks to Gina. She truly loves creating magical moments for her clients. Look no further and work with the best!

So, so, so amazing. There is not enough space to detail how tremendous Gina is, but a couple highlights: attention to detail, organized, proactive, responsive, beautiful taste in decor/great judgement, close with her vendors so able to communicate quickly and get the inside scoop, attentive and listened to us as a couple (everything was so sensitive to our love, our values, our tastes, and what we wanted for the day), flexible, kind, committed (essentially pulled all nighters the weekend of to pull off all the events, and when there were hiccups beyond her control, she went above and beyond to minimize our stress and to make sure there was no impact), sensitive to our budget, great staff, and more. We received so many compliments that it was one of the more special ceremonies guests had attended, so well orchestrated, so beautiful, and so special. I don't know how we would have done it without Gina, and thanks to Gina it was one of the best weekends of our lives. I cant imagine now having a wedding without her, and will forever be so grateful to her.

Gina is the BEST wedding planner. She is equal parts organized and creative; she kept us on track with our to-do list and had wonderful ideas to make every part of our wedding weekend perfect. Gina was always 10 steps ahead of us 🙂 We were so lucky to work with Gina for all of our wedding events - she went above and beyond with things like: creative ideas for food display, allowing us to use her home to ship various items, assisting with welcome bag assembly, wording for all of our printed materials, helping us find local vendors at great costs, communicating with ALL vendors, creating a detailed outline for the entire weekend... Gina even saved our wedding table arrangements and had them at our brunch the next morning! We were blown away by her thoughtfulness - she truly made us feel like family, not clients. If you have the chance to work with this special woman, DO IT!!!

Gina was an absolute angel. I cannot recommend her highly enough. When our original venue was shut down, Gina found a new, even better venue within 2 weeks. She managed all communication with vendors and advocated for my vision and dream to come to reality. Gina has a ton of experience and her input is so helpful.
