Nageen and the GNG team did an amazing job planning and managing our rehearsal dinner and wedding for 120 guests at our home! This meant transportation, parking, food trucks, toilets, full bar, tent, welcome station, lighting, etc. all had to be arranged from scratch. She even made a map of our property to manage the flow of people, food trucks, etc. She was truly committed to us, visiting monthly to ensure everything would go smooth on the big day. She encouraged all our fun ideas, for example, having our pups be ring bearers and reserving a car to take us directly from the reception to DC to start our two week honeymoon, leaving her team to pack up everything. She ensured all vendors were paid on time, and that we ate food on the big day (it is true what they say). We can't thank her enough!

She also did a great job at bringing to life all of the ideas i had communicated to her, including making any modifications I requested. We had the pleasure of meeting Nageen at an open house for a venue back in 2018. Unfortunately, that venue didn’t end up taking off as a wedding venue, however my partner and I very much wanted to work with Nageen to help plan our wedding.
We weren’t sure what to expect but are happy we decided to move forward and work with a planner, and specifically work with Nageen. From the very beginning, Nageen helped us to stay organized around our wedding and really bring our vision to life!
As luck would have it, COVID very much impacted our wedding, forcing us to change our date not once, not twice by three times. Throughout each of these changes, Nageen was there to help support us every step of the way - through Vendor changes and eventually an entire location change when our venue cancelled our wedding one month before our wedding date.
It was a scramble to replan our entire wedding, and we are thankful to have had Nageen’s guidance and assitance to help us navigate through the stressors of our final month leading up to our wedding.
Ultimately, our wedding was a 10/10 and we are incredibly thankful to have had Nageen helping us to plan our special day! THANK YOU NAGEEN!

From the moment I contacted Nageen, I was immediately impressed with her professional and quick responses. After exchanging a few messages via email, we scheduled a phone call to further discuss what I was looking for in a day-of wedding coordinator for my July 18, 2020 "pandemic" wedding.
From the second we got on the phone, we hit it off and immediately had a great connection. I was very happy that we had such a good bond right away, so I signed the contract that day and I have never been more pleased with a contract-signing decision!
From that point forward, planning our coronavirus wedding became SO much easier and my anxiety was greatly reduced because Nageen made herself available to answer my questions and to help solve any problems that we ran into, especially on the wedding day! I'll never forget how she came to my rescue when the florist delivered the boutonnières and we discovered that they had put the wrong flowers into the groom's boutonnière. We had paid for specific flowers in specific colors to go with our whole theme and also because the flowers we picked had special meaning, and she immediately sprang into action. After calling the florist to try to get them to remedy the issue, she ended up removing the unwanted flowers herself and replacing them with ones that matched what we wanted. I was so thankful in that moment that I had hired her.
As the day progressed, Nageen and her assistant AJ did an excellent job keeping everyone on course to follow the timeline, even though I (the bride) got stung by bees that had gotten into my dress during the First Look, the groom (my husband) was a little behind because his tux didn't fit properly, the limo company called at the last minute that morning and said that we couldn't have the limo that we had ordered, and one of our readers suffered a head injury that morning and was unable to read her part during the service. Despite all of those setbacks (and a few more that I haven't mentioned), Nageen and AJ smoothed everything out for us and enabled me to stay calm and collected throughout our special day, even though some of these things were pretty upsetting. I should mention that both myself and my husband have Autism Spectrum Disorder, so when things don't go as planned, it can really cause large emotional disturbances for both of us (read: I meltdown like a three-year-old because it makes me sad when something I worked so hard to plan isn't going right). All of that to say - the fact that I didn't meltdown and cry after alllll of those things that happened was all because we hired Nageen and AJ. I literally do not know what I would have done without their help throughout our day.
I think the best part of the entire day was getting to leave the reception and knowing that Nageen was directing the "packing up" of all of our decor items. I didn't have to worry about a single thing since she was there to tell everyone how to break things down and pack them away.
I cannot recommend Nageen and her team enough. If I could give 10 out of 5 stars, I would. If you need someone who is friendly, warm, supportive, organized, and who absolutely knows their stuff (and trust me - you want all of these things), then Nageen is the planner for you. Trust me - you will not be disappointed.

I met Nageen when she was giving us a tour of our venue. I knew I had to hire a day of coordinator so when she told me about her services, I didn’t have to look any further. She had already gave us so much helpful information and using her was one of the best choices I made throughout this wedding planning process. If you’re a stressed/anxious person, you need her because I could not have done the organizing/coordination in the month leading up to my wedding. Trust me, she is worth it!! A very good communicator, replies quickly, makes sure you’re on track and is very thorough with her coordination. She did not skip a beat! We couldn’t be happier!!
