We used Glow Events for a conference we had in San Fran. From the moment I met with this team, it felt like a great fit. Megan and Cynthia helped take my vision for a huge empty ballroom and turn it into a space that was visually appealing while still being functional for multiple meetings during the day to a space that was the talk of the event for our reception. I have nothing but praise for this team and can't wait to utilize them for future events outside of CA! It has been an absolute pleasure working with them for our event!

Wow - where do I start? The team at Glow Event Design is just absolutely phenomenal!!! We worked with Glow (Bari and Christina) as our month-of coordinators for our wedding and they absolutely killed it!! This team was so amazing that I find myself looking for excuses to throw other events just so I can use them again!

When we started out the search, we were looking for a day-of coordinator, but Glow talked to us about how important it was to have a “month-of” coordinator because coordinating a wedding is much more involved than just day-of activities…..we are SO glad we listened! Glow took over all vendor communication 6 weeks before our wedding and that turned out to be a lifesaver and significantly reduced our stress! We got married at the Flood Mansion which is a venue that has a lot of rules and provides nothing but the venue - meaning there is A LOT of coordination necessary to ensure all of the vendors (and the event itself) are set up for success. This team did more than just set everyone up for success - they saw it through with flawless execution. Our wedding day was literally 100% perfect!!!! Everything ran smoothly and according to the timeline we had defined together - we didn’t have to worry about a single thing on our wedding day and we really felt taken care of. Glow went above and beyond to ensure that we actually ate that day and were literally no more than a stone’s throw away if there was ANYTHING we needed. Needless to say, they exceeded our expectations - not to mention Bari and Christina have awesome personalities and are fun to be around 🙂

Bari and Christina were completely professional throughout the entire process and even in situations where we were stressed, they remained completely calm and handled everything. We didn’t have a wedding planner, but honestly, had we known Glow was going to execute the way they did, we would have used them to plan the entire wedding, not just for month-of coordination. I highly recommend this team and you should use them if you want your wedding day to be perfect.

I can not speak highly enough of the team at Glow Event Design. From our first meeting to the day of the wedding they were an absolute pleasure to work with. Incredibly organized and on top of all deadlines and vendors, in the most calm and professional manner. My wedding day was a dream and I fully give Christina, Melanie and the other team members ALL the credit. If there is one thing you can do right for your wedding - it's use Glow!!!

Really want to thank the Glow team for helping us realize our dream wedding! Christina, Melanie and team were very helpful, professional, and friendly from the get-go, and were also extremely helpful in helping us streamline things on the actual wedding day. Christina and Melanie were also very diligent in sending comprehensive notes of each meeting, including follow-up items, and I could really feel their experience shine through as we got to crunch time with the planning process. Would highly recommend Glow for any wedding / event!!

We have used Glow Event Design to help plan and oversee both of our children's B'nai Mitzvah parties (one this year and another three years ago). Christina and Bari did a fantastic job. Their professionalism and organization were beyond any vendor that we have worked with. We could rave about every aspect of their services, from their knowledge of other vendors to their organizational skills. But their attention to detail on the actual day of the event surpassed anything we thought possible. The parties were huge successes. We can't thank the Glow Event Design team enough for being so calm, confident, and easy to work with.

If you want to leave it to the professionals and just enjoy your day without any stress, these are the ladies to do it! They bring tons of expertise and have fantastic taste in all aspects of the event planning process. We relied on them heavily to find venues, caterers, floral, musicians/DJs, and so many other details that they did such a good job of managing that I'm probably not even aware of half the things they took care of to make our day seamless and enjoyable. We had a great time, our guests raved about how much fun they had, and we would highly recommend Glow to anyone needing help planning their event.
