This is not an actual Charter Bus company, but a "broker" similar to Priceline etc.

My ask was admittedly pretty steep, as I needed transportation on Christmas Eve from GSP to ATL on very short notice. After being on hold for a while, I was promised a Bus coming from Greenville, SC in about 2.5 hours at 2:30pm (to give the driver ample time to get ready, everything prepared, and check the vehicle out). That's great, safety first.

At 1:45pm, when I inquired, I was told that the bus is running "a tad" behind and pickup would not be until 4-4:30pm. The timing was extremely important, so of course I was not happy. I was offered the option to cancel the bus -- however without refund. Who would accept to that?!

About 20 minutes later I received another call, and was told that the bus had just left Fayetteville, GA, (which is past ATL, by the way) and would be in GSP around 5pm.

The contract wasn't cheap or anything, and the customer service was absolutely abysmal. Make no mistake: The bus itself and the driver were great, once they got here. It was not his fault that "Gogo Charters", or "Charter Up", or "National Charter Bus" was extremely inconsistent and pretty much lied about one of the most important aspects of the contract. Will never use again...

4 times I called my local office (Greenville,SC) to book charter buses and each time my call was transferred to a different location that is apparently a call center. I waited on hold for at least 15 minutes with no response each time before hanging up. I'm happy they're doing so well they don't want to discuss doing business with us.
