Worked with them to coordinate a trip to Alaska. Everything went well until I started asking for upgrades. They pointed me to the cruise line. (Princess). I spend countless hours (well over 12) on hold and re-directs only to find out the Travel agent was the only person could help. I reached out the travel agent and they said they would work on it - I have the receipts - ONLY TO BE GHOSTED with ZERO explanation, ZERO follow up. I was deeply concerned they were hurt or something went wrong. I reached out multiple times. This was a vary disheartening experience and makes travel agents look bad. Had they at least gotten back to me, I would have let it go, but nothing. Very rude and unprofessional. I do not recommend.
