Very tight. Limited parking. Older facility, Long walks to get paperwork for tanker loads. Some tanker loading racks require alleyway backing. It is the tanker drivers responsibility to dog down the top hatch.

Appointment at 17:00 when arrived > about 10 trucks already in line
The question is - for what or for whom is this appointment?!?
Very slow loading.... Loaded at 22:00!
Be careful when you leave here, if you do it when already night time, tight turns and passages, it was not enough for me to put the axle of the trailer forward (elongated frame ) ... So I can’t turn left under the bridge because the entrance to it is narrow .... I had to go straight and make a U-turn, and only then I was able to make a wide right turn onto the bridge ...

How to get here: For SHIPPING/RECEIVING

Exit: Helen St.
Make a left: to go under the bridge.
When you make a left you will see Agnes St.
Turn left on Agnes St.
You will see a white sign that says:
"Trucks enter this way to GORDON OIL"

When you turn left on Agnes St. You will see multiple signs that say no trucks to the right.
Keep on going on Agnes St. All the way to the dead end street almost right under the bridge. You will see: Barriers/concrete blocks that habe marking saying "NO IDLING." Proceed to a small slight left and you will see the Guardshack entrance with red lift gate. Push the button and wait for them to open the red lift gate. Proceed and follow the signs. Shipping and receiving is at a place that is kinda tricky. Look at the second picture.

Go Into that building up the stairs next to the docks: where it says: Shipping/Receiving building: From there a forklift operator will ask you and take direct you to a gray desk so you can check in.

That's all.

Be careful and follow the signs (pictures posted)
As soon as you cross the bridge, exit on Helen Street. At the bottom of the ramp, you will see those crucial signs.

Arrived on a Saturday for a 12:01am Monday appointment. Drivers are allowed on the lot but there are no-idling signs posted as the company is located right next to a poor neighborhood. (A woman knocked on my door complaining about my noisy apu😁)

The company is literally beneath the mckees rocks bridge/overpass (see the picture of my truck on the receiving dock)

Very fast unloading and friendly employees.
After unloading they let us rest at a location on site as it was late at night.

After my "ELD" off duty rest, I reloaded at the same place, and shipping department was a smooth sail too.

Good luck and keep fighting ELDs
