Erin A Travel Agent with True Compassion for the Family
I cannot give enough stars to Erin Philip at Grand Journeys. At a time when unfortunate plans changed and my family was grieving 🙁 the sudden loss of my father, Erin went above and beyond to help recuperate all the costs involved.
After my dad's passing, she worked tirelessly to advocate for us with both the cruise line and airline and was able to get special exceptions with the connections she has. Her dedication and persistence ensured we were made full even though my dad didn’t purchase travel insurance.
Erin has empathy, professionalism. She provided emotional support to my sister and I and guidance every step of the way. Trust me when I tell you I tried resolving with these companies on my own for a bit but no luck. She fought hard, I could not have done this without her.
Even before he passed away , planning a vacation to South America can be really stressful when you have a big group and trying to accommodate everyone but she made it easy. She listened to what was important to our family and seamlessly handled all the details. Her follow-through was incredible.
I feel like I keep repeating this but I am so grateful for all her energy she put into this. She cares deeply about her clients and will be your biggest advocate. We will forever be grateful for the compassion she showed our family. It is clear this is more than just a job for her - it is a true calling.
