Front desk lady is very nice and was very helpful, So I feel bad leaving this review. But rooms were a form of medieval torture. The beds were more likely box springs than mattresses. TV was from the 80s. Bath towel had a rip in it. Obviously you get what you pay for. But the beds were just unacceptable. I'm a side sleeper and my shoulder and hip were actually bruised from the beds

What Patricia wrote is pretty much spot on, especially the experience walking into the lobby, the cat and the urine. The sign out front is in such disrepair, at first I thought the place was closed down. The lady at the front desk gave me some cheesy line about giving me a discount. The walkway in front of the 2nd floor rooms is bare plywood, at least for the rooms in the back. My room had a powerful stank odor. The TV is an old CRT style. Hadn't seen one of those in a while, but it did have cable TV and worked okay. All that said, the inside of the room and the bathroom was surprisingly clean. Only complaint there was that the tub drained very slowly. The carpet was fine, and the linens were fine. I didn't use the a/c or heat but they looked like they were 100 years old. The place sits right next to a grocery store so that's convenient. All in all, its bearable if you have no other choices, but I'd recommend you look elsewhere first.

The lobby should have been my first clue. The entrance door was blocked by clutter. I had to push my way in. Then the stench of cat urine filled the air. The rooms are very outdated. No heat in the room. Had to sleep with my coat on. Didn't get much sleep as the beds are horrible. Don't waste your money on this one!

I have never seen a messier front office at a motel. My thought was, they must be in the process of moving. But then I read the TripAdvisor reviews from 2014 and... I guess this has been going on for some time. Meanwhile my room was very clean and appealing. With a front window that opens and a window in the bathroom, I enjoyed delicious cross ventilation all night.||||The location is great - right next to the largest grocery store in town. No coffee maker, no fridge, no microwave, no laundry room; but wait - I rarely use those amenities anyway! The internet signal was strong, and that is important to me. ||||In short - a good price for a comfortable room.

This place is nothing special-just your standard roadside motel- but it is the cheapest place in town, and well worth the price. King sized comfy bed, our room had recently been renovated and was very clean. Wi-Fi and HBO. No fridges or microwaves in the rooms, but you should go enjoy the great restaurants in town anyway!

This is a funky old motel and we love it! It is clean, the staff are friendly. The location is convenient to everything. We will go back! We first visited here several years ago and fell in love with the owners. The pet friendly venue has a lovely little grassy area with picnic tables for your do to roam and a stone barbeque for guests to use.

Although very clean, the beds are incredibly uncomfortable! The front office looks like something out of the TV show "Hoarders." The second floor walkway is plywood. $150/night is too much!
