Very beautiful venue with lots of different types of spaces. The main space was perfect for the ceremony, dinner, and dancing - and the gallery space was great for our cocktail hour and offered a quieter area to rest during the reception. The outdoor area also offered a great backdrop for photos. We also loved the inclusion of the Photo Booth.

Spencer and Callie were very helpful - not only on the day of, but in the time leading up to the wedding.

Ryan, The DJ provided, was fantastic. We have had multiple guests comment on how much they like the music. He really brought great vibes to our reception.

Highly recommend this venue, we had a great time!

I had the pleasure of catering a wedding here. Such a beautiful venue and a great Chicago neighborhood. Seperate room for cocktail hour, natural light, wood tables, friendly staff, great audio system, beautiful center console for a buffet. We used it for a dessert table. We provided custom Bar services, charcuterie grazing station, dessert table, tablescape as well as a family style dinner. Would love to work here again. Cheers! Chef Suzy of Chive Catering + Events

We fell in love with GHL the second we stepped foot in the venue! It is such a unique, beautiful venue. We received so many compliments from our guests on the venue - we appreciated how much space there was; the outdoor space, the reception space and the art gallery. There was also a bridal suite with a locked door that was helpful for us and the bridal party to leave stuff in throughout the night. The floor to ceiling windows make for gorgeous photos as well as the string lights outside at night! We are SO SO happy we chose GHL, our wedding was flawless. Spencer and his team (Callie and Vicky) were an absolute pleasure to work with. They always responded extremely fast (even late at night or on weekends). They also had great ideas and ways to make our wedding run smoothly. Our DJ through Style Matters, John, was also amazing! You get graphic design included in the rental as well which we utilized for a welcome image, our seating chart, our menu and the Photo Booth strip print out. Wedding planning is definitely overwhelming, but the GHL team put us at ease during our final walk through! We could not have asked for anything more - we LOVED our wedding at GHL 🙂

We booked Greenhouse Loft for our wedding ceremony and reception on March 22, 2024, and we couldn't be happier with their services and event space! From start to finish, Spencer and Callie were incredibly responsive and helpful. We booked our venue over a year out from the wedding, and Spencer was responsive and in touch any time we needed him, whether it was to schedule another walk through, answer questions about the space, or anything else that came up along the way. Then, on the day the day of, the team was there every step of the way to ensure everything in the space was working and ready to go. Not only did we love working with Spencer and his team, but our vendors also loved working there as well! Our catering, photographer, florist, and wedding planners all had amazing things to say about working at Greenhouse Loft. It was also amazing that the space included the photo booth, optional DJ services (we we used and LOVED), an open catering/bar services list, a separate space for cocktail hour, and digital graphic designs for projections. Greenhouse is a hidden Chicago gem, and amazing place for a wedding!

We had a wonderful experience with Spencer and the Greenhouse Loft staff for our wedding. Spencer communicated very effectively from day 1 and was always available to quickly answer any of our questions. The venue itself was absolutely beautiful for both our wedding ceremony and reception and the staff did a great job at flipping the room in an efficient manner. The photo booth was a hit and the space was more than enough for our 118 guests. We really loved the ability to arrange the tables in a way that gave our dinner a more intimate atmosphere. Overall we had a fantastic evening that turned out to be everything we could have ever asked for on our wedding day. We will be highly recommending GHL to all of our family and friends in search of wedding venues as we could not have had a better wedding day!

Greenhouse Loft is everything I could ask for in a wedding venue and more, but Spencer and his team are what make this place truly special. From the first point of contact to set up a walkthrough, Spencer was very communicative and easy to work with. He made sure we felt comfortable and answered all of our questions every step of the way. The team provided amazing recommendations for florals and catering - They seem to have a network of businesses who have all worked alongside each other in the industry which made planning and the day-of logistics SEAMLESS.

I knew going into my wedding that I didn't want to DIY anything, or have a million different vendors to keep track of - But I was also on a budget. The space at GHL is great because it's so beautiful on its own, you don't have to do much to make the place feel special and unique. Not to mention, you get access to a beautiful outdoor area, an awesome photo booth (and a designer to customize your photo strips / welcome signage on their projectors), a selection of awesome DJs and just so many small perks we didn't even need to think about. The venue is also BYOB - we worked with Prestige Liquors (recommended by Spencer) who dropped off the alcohol we wanted and picked up any leftovers + reimbursed us for unopened items! We also worked with Chic Chef for catering/bartending and Flowers for Dreams for florals, both recommended by Spencer and his team. The day was flawless. I hired a day of coordinator to help within the last month of planning, but I think if you have a team like these vendors who all work together, you may not need one.

Overall, the space was gorgeous, the people were incredible to work with, we couldn't have asked for a more perfect day and I know this would not have been the case if we had chosen a different venue / team. Highly recommend considering GHL for your special day!!!

We cannot thank Greenhouse Loft enough for hosting our wedding and helping us tremendously. Spencer, Callie, and our day of event liaisons Becca and Lisa were all over-the-top incredible. Also, Brian, the graphic designer, is incredible and helped design a beautiful welcome display as well as the photo booth prints. We had the absolute best day thanks to their hard work, constant communication with us for over a year, and expertise. They definitely know what they are doing and our day went perfectly (without a wedding planner or coordinator) thanks to their help. Your vendors will make or break your day and these guys helped ours goes soo smoothly!

When my wife and I were looking for wedding venues, we were immediately drawn to Greenhouse Loft given the venue’s design, amenities included, open catering policy and spotless reviews. Having now had our wedding in September 2023, we could not be happier.

The venue, Greenhouse Loft team, and amenities made for exactly the wedding we had hoped for. Spencer and Callie are so kind and phenomenal leading up to your event. They will answer any and every question you have. The day of, the opening and closing liaison’s couldn’t have been more helpful ensuring the setup and wedding went smoothly.

The open catering list allows for great flexibility and many caterers are familiar with the venue - we highly recommend The Hearty Boys!

For our wedding DJ, we were paired with Duke from their DJ partners - Style Matters. Duke took the time to meet with us and listen to our pre-made playlists for each part of the evening to get a feel for what we wanted and he killed it. He did an incredible job and all of our guests couldn’t stop talking about how great he was.

We could go on and on, but there isn’t much more to say than if you are considering it, please have your wedding here. You and your guests will never forget it and love your big day.
