These units were built in about the 60s and I can attest that very little has been done for updates. Some painting and new pictures but no real remodeling. Do you want to sit in a 50 year old hot tub? |Place is somewhat clean but lately you can expect the units to have numerous problems. Latest experience: Master bath faucets have extremely low water flow, wifi only works on one room, shower doors broken, one TV had no batteries in remote. These are things that should easily be identified if there was anyone checking the units before a new guest checks in. | You can get a nice hotel 10 minutes away for much less.

This was such a pleasant stay. Very close to the trails, downtown Bentonville, easy highway access. The condos are spacious, clean, and the staff was very friendly. I stayed on the trail side. Very quiet, and the private balcony was delightful for morning coffee.

I am definitely going to stay here the next time I travel to the area.

We had a great time at Greens One in Bella Vista. The units are well stocked and include a washer and dryer and dishwasher. This was our 2nd stay in GreensOne and both visits were outstanding. Anything that needed service was promptly addressed by the staff. The staff was friendly and helpful with any requests. The local golf courses were outstanding as well Highly recommend Kingswood and it is within walking distance to the clubhouse. Great course!

Greens One was a great place to stay for my brother-in law’s memorial service. It seemed like home, and I enjoyed the whirlpool immensely!

The condo has two bedrooms, two baths, a huge jacuzzi in one bath, washer and dryer in the condo, fireplace, full kitchen, huge balcony with huge trees. Nice facility with friendly staff. 7 lakes, lots of golf, a nice pool. Close to amazing Bentonville. It’s the best condo ever. I could live in this very large condo. Will recommend and hopefully come back.

Excellent accommodations, plenty of activities in and around the resorrt, and friendly helpful staff. Best family vacation every. At very reasonable prices. Golf was plentiful and excellent courses throughout the complex. Tennis, fishing, pickleball, lots of biking and hiking trails.

Amazing place to stay! They were very helpful and helped me book my stay within hours of arrival. My villa was clean and stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Lots of trails around. Didn't used any of the amenities so I can't comment on that but overall it was a great experience. Lots of trails and places to visit nearby.

The only thing that I'll say they can improve is that the villa looks very dated. No USB plugs, the electric outlets are very loose and some of the appliances are faulty. But don't let that stop you from staying there!

Great location, room was very clean. Was surprised at the size of the unit. Two baths, large Jacuzzi tub, breeze way and porch. Front desk service very friendly on all phone calls!
