Tim was excellent in service and timeliness. He was professional and kind. I appreciate his in depth explanation answering my questions. Will definitely return. Only issue was they added rotate tires that I did not ask for as my tires purchased at minor tires are rotated for free. I said nothing ss I was pleased with the service and attention provided by Tim.

Staff was very nice. Parts had to be ordered for 1 of 4 Recalls that was scheduled. I do not live local to dealership. Long wait time due to Recall having to download but was still downloading a day and half later. I was not told this when I left dealership around 5.

I had appointment for 11am to have my oil changed and tires rotated. Normal routine service. Nothing complicated. I arrived 10 minutes early. I checked in with the service desk and provided the information they needed on my 2025 Tucson Hybrid . I was told to have a seat because I was going to wait while the oil was changed. After 1 hour I asked how much longer and was told "it wouldn't be much longer - sorry for the wait". 30 minutes later I asked again and was told "5 more minutes ". After 2 hours my car was finished and I asked if the reminder had been reset and was told "yes". When I got in my car the reminder had not been reset and it was still showing I needed an oil change. I will find another dealership for my next oil change.

When another dealer put me off for over a month these guys got me in within 2 days, serviced the car and back home that day. I'll be back with my other car! Good job!!

That was my first experience. I got in again with only a couple of days notice for a 15,000 mile check up abs a recall notice. I was in and out in 2 hours. Great people, great service.
