Five stars all the way!! We can’t recommend Gulf Coast Bartender Company enough. They were outstanding to work with from beginning to end. We planned a demolition party for a home we are remodeling and invited our neighbors and friends over to see it before it was remodeled. As a part of the fun, we let our guests hammer into some of the walls for their amusement.

Desire took the time to craft bespoke cocktails that not only went with the theme of the party but paid tribute to the original home and the unique peacocks that inhabit the neighborhood, from a margarita that requires you to use a tiny hammer to break through a sugar dome on top, to a cocktail that changes colors before your eyes and is accented with a peacock feather. Every drink was meticulously designed, crafted, and delivered to perfection.

Her staff, Kristin and Emily were absolute dreams to work with and made the entire event run incredibly smooth. Desire and her team worked closely with us to come up with fun activities and ideas for the party including writing the drink menu on the walls, decorating hard hats, and more. They truly went above and beyond being an amazing bartending company, they were creative partners and were vested in every aspect of the party to ensure its success.
