My daughter and I found Angela, the owner of Halo Event Co at the Bridal show in San Diego. We hit it off with her within moments of talking with her. She was kind, energetic, professional and very personable. Angela made the next year of planning the most enjoyable experience. We met up multiple times and always left the meeting feeling like so much was accomplished and that the hard stuff was taken off of our shoulders. Her attention to detail was spot on, and amazingly beautiful. She really orchestrated the wedding of my daughter’s dreams. The day of the wedding she was there by my daughters side when we needed her, while at the same time overseeing the vendors and set up crew to make sure everything was absolutely perfect for the Bride and Groom.
We highly recommend Halo Event Company. If you are on the fence about having a planner or not.. we would definitely recommend having one and Angela is one of the best!!!

Angela was absolutely wonderful to work with! I am a very indecisive person and she had all the right perspectives on everything! She listened and understood what I wanted and guided me through my whole wedding planning process and made my dream come true. We first met Angela at a Bridal Expo downtown and truly felt like it was fate! My now husband and I weren’t sure how to go about finding a wedding coordinator who would be a great fit, but upon meeting Angela, her kindness, confidence and support from the get go helped us know we made the right choice.

I hired Angela for day of/ month of support and when we had our scheduled meetings she was always very thorough and detailed, being sure to give me ideas, considerations and what I should focus on next to get everything planned and setup.

On the days leading up to the wedding, Angela was accessible and very communicative to help myself and our wedding party feel rehearsed and ready. She definitely prioritized our wedding and made us feel at ease that she could execute the plan we co-created.

On the day of the wedding, a few hiccups occurred (as they always do) and Angela handled them with ease. Our wedding day turned out even better than I could imagine! She was supportive throughout and kept us to our priorities and timeline. She made sure our valuables and cards/gifts made it back safely into our room. Truly, I couldn’t say enough about the diligence and professionalism of her and her team.

Angela and her team were outstanding. I was the mother of the groom and the (from out of town) florist. Her team brought everything together flawlessly. As a wedding vendor myself, I am pretty critical of how a wedding flows and they kept everything moving like a machine. It was a brilliant decision for my son and daughter in law to hire Halo events. I was at an holiday event that Halo Events coordinated and it was one of the most beautiful parties I’d ever attended! Every detail was well thought out and the theme flowed from the decor inside to the table settings, buffet, and party areas outside. It was stunning and definitely magazine worthy!! I had an opportunity to personally meet Angela and learn about her services. I will definitely use her and her team when we host our next large gathering!
