I cannot say enough amazing things about Ashley and her entire team at Hamilton Events! From day 1, Ashley listened to all of my many ideas and was able to answer any question I had. The entire planning process was SO easy and fun with her help. On our wedding day, she was the first one there and the last one to leave. She handled all communication with vendors and setup so I could just enjoy my day. All of our wedding guests were so impressed with how smoothly everything ran which was all thanks to Ashley and her team. She truly cares about her brides and makes you feel like a friend, not just a client. Hiring Hamilton Events is the best decision I made as a bride, I cannot recommend them enough!

There are no words to describe how grateful I am to have had the opportunity to work with Ashley and her team. I think as is apparent from all of her incredible reviews — she makes wedding planning so stress free and fun. I always looked forward to our monthly wedding planning meetings. She uses an online planning system that created tasks for me to stay on track and she created design boards that allowed me to constantly collaborate with her whenever I found new wedding ideas. Ashley has such an incredible eye for design & styling and truly takes the time to learn what your vision is for your day and does everything she can to bring it to life. There was no one else I trusted more than Ashley throughout the entire wedding process. The wedding she planned for my husband and I truly exceeded expectations. She always leads with kindness and respect with each family member and vendor she interacted with throughout the entire process. Not only that, every family member I spoke with talked about how incredible Josh and I's wedding day was — from the design to the schedule. Everything was so intentional & wonderful and I attribute that to Ashley and her team.

Ashley is the best wedding decision I made. She goes above and beyond for her couples — and I know she will continue to do the same for all of her future couples.

If you are looking for the perfect planner, stop; you've found her! Ashley, owner/lead designer of Hamilton Events, was the best decision we made throughout the wedding process. We planned with Ashley for a year and a half, and at every stage, she led with such an incredible level of kindness and care for us. Her work ethic is unmatched, taking our ideas and not only making them real but making them even better than we could imagine. We were married on my family's private property and ran into a few challenges with hosting this scale of party. Ashley was a true wizard at solving every logistical problem with ease and strategic solutions. Even beyond Ashley, her team was so wonderful, kind, and professional. I cannot say enough good things about Ashley and her team at Hamilton Events. Ashley was creative and very organized, always professional. Planning a wedding can be very overwhelming for the average person but Ashley made it so enjoyable and stress free. She helped keep me on task with her numerous checklists. She was always available when I needed her - by zoom meetings, in person meetings, email, phone and text (no matter the time of day or night, LOL). Ashley has a designer’s eye. She knows style. There were several times during the planning process that I had to trust her expertise on mixing and matching textiles with florals and stationary and I am so glad I did. She cultivated a beautiful, cohesive theme throughout our Wedding and Reception that even tied back to the design elements on our Save the Dates stationary. Our friends and family are still talking about the beauty of that day - all thanks to Ashley and the Hamilton Events team. You feel like family when you work with Hamilton Events.

Our daughter Kendall recently got married and used Hamilton Events. Kendall lives in Columbia, and I live out of state. Ashley was amazing! We worked with her throughout the entire wedding process.
She was kind, knowledgeable, and organized, and her advice was always offered as suggestions. She listened to Kendall’s vision and helped her navigate every step of the process. Kendall couldn’t have picked a better match as a wedding planner.
On the day of the wedding, we knew every detail had already been taken care of by Ashley and her assistants. Everything ran smoothly from beginning to end, and if I had a question, she always reassured me, saying, “That’s already been taken care of.”

Forever grateful to have found Hamilton Events for our wedding at Old Edwards Inn in Highlands, NC on 4/26/24. I have nothing but incredible things to say about this team. From my initial call with Ashley, we just clicked and I felt like I had known her for years, and I knew immediately I needed her as our planner. I spoke to a few planners prior to finding Ashley, and no one compared to how welcoming and accommodating she is. I loved working with her so much and I still miss our meetings leading up to the wedding because she was such a joy to work with and SO organized and so on top of things. On wedding day, my friends and family RAVED about Ashley and her team. I remember Ashley having the most calming presence which is SO necessary to feel as a bride on wedding day when a million things are going on - I truly could not have had such an amazing day if it wasn’t for her and the Hamilton Events team. People always prepare you that things will likely go wrong on wedding day and to just roll with it but truthfully it was the most PERFECT day and I know I owe all of that to Ashley and her team. I promise you will not regret hiring this amazing team!!!

I had the absolute pleasure of working with Ashley and her team for my wedding back in January, and I cannot recommend her enough! She is incredibly organized, professional, and an all around sweet person to work with, and her work really just speaks for itself.. She made the process of planning a wedding so smooth, which was a Godsend for me as a full time grad student and also working full time too. If you are even slightly overwhelmed by the daunting process of planning a wedding and are in the market for a coordinator, I hands down recommend Hamilton Events! Sorry I took sooo long to write a review, but Ashley made my wedding stress-free, and I cannot thank her and her team enough!

I would rate Hamilton Events 10/5 stars if I could. Ashely and her team were beyond incredible from the moment we hired them up until a year and a half later when we finally got married. They were professional, organized, responsive, easy-going, and friendly. Ashley was always extremely supportive in my decisions and provided her professional advice whenever needed. We were able to have many zoom calls leading up to the wedding which gave Ashley a good understanding of my vision allowing me to have full trust in her when it came to wedding day. Her and her team executed the details perfectly and I still have no idea if there were any hiccups in the day. I would also like to include that just about all of our vendors also commented on Ashley’s professionalism and organization when it came to schedules for the day. Both my husband and I are forever grateful to have found Hamilton Events. We HIGHLY recommend!!
