As in real estate, location is everything and this hotel is within the Carefree city center. Several really quality restaurants within yards of the hotel. The thing we liked most was the 'Carefree Desert Gardens' which has so many different, gorgeous desert plants, I would call it a desert arboretum. That's the only way I know how to describe it. The whole area is very worth a visit, I would love to come back.

We are so glad we stayed here overnight while we were visiting Cave Creek. Very comfortable and feels like a brand new hotel. The front desk person was very helpful when we checked in (late night) to find a place to eat. Turns out there's a wide variety of restaurants nearby. We really enjoyed exploring the area and are so glad we found this reasonably priced hotel. Thanks for a great stay!

Overall, a pleasant stay. Check-in was quick and friendly, property is clean, rooms are clean, and the location is great. A very nice park with a small playground nearby, and some walking paths. Carefree is a very clean town. Breakfast was just ok, but most complimentary breakfasts are similar. We enjoyed our stay.

Lovely experience at this hotel. Room was very clean, as was the entire hotel. Alex at the bar was incredible! He made us feel so welcome, like we had instantly made a new friend! Great conversationist and he went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time! Breakfast was decent. Loved the mini waffle iron and the selection of pastries and fresh fruit. Can’t complain about anything. We will be returning soon!

Super clean with a great breakfast. Rooms are spacious. Cheyenne was very pleasant and helpful, recommended a wonderful Greek cafe right across the street. She is definitely an asset to this establishment.

The best hotel experience. Excellent customer service. Super clean. Most cozy beds. The Front Desk, including Ashley, went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Thank you Hampton Inn. We really enjoyed our stay!

The quality of serv ice was very poor. Our room was only serviced once in four days. returning to unmade beds and wet/damp towels was unpleasant. A notice on the mirror said rooms were serviced every other day. but the sign was unnoticeable when toiletries were set on the shelf The bathroom floor was dirty, the towels were meager and only changed once. There is NO restaurant as advertised, and the bar was empty when we arrived. The only coffee station is in the lobby along the corridor away from the breakfast area.

Really nice hotel in a nice location. Everything was clean and modern. The breakfast was good and hit the spot. My only complaints would be that it seems like the building is a bit cheap as far as noise goes. You can hear yourself walking down the hall and I heard the people up stairs and every step they took (I would request a top floor room for this reason). Also, the comforter on the bed is so rough you really don't want to use it anywhere near your skin. Other than that, beauty property.
