Check-In was great. Richie was very nice. The breakfast was very thorough with many choices. The common areas are up to date, appealing and clean. The rooms however are quite dated, the wallpaper is peeling. Minor things need repair like the shower door handle was loose. The rooms were clean. All in all, I don't think this was worth $145 a night.

My family of 6 experienced a power outage the last two days in the area, so we decided to book a room for those two nights. All desk attendants were very kind and upbeat! The rooms were clean, and well maintained. The amenities are great! The breakfast is phenomenal, so many choices!! I’m very pleased with our accommodations!

5 Stars for Richie. When we arrived for check-in, one of the two front desk computers stopped working while the other restarted. He was kind, patient, and managed the situation with ease. When asked about food options, he provided several options which we appreciated.

Hotels like this one make me question my loyalty to Hilton. Lobby area is nice, that’s about it. Breakfast is sub par by Hampton standards. No oatmeal, bananas, or potatoes. The fitness room is small and limits access, not opening up in the morning until 6. There’s one treadmill in there that has a sign on it indicating it’s out of order. So essentially there really isn’t a workout area. It may not be importantly to all, it is to me though. ||Carpet and wallpaper in room are torn and stained. The ceiling is showing significant water damage. Hallways smell of mold and mildew. ||And of course, as with all Hilton hotels, the room is poorly lit.||There are a few other national brand hotels within a quarter mile, everyone one of them worth trying before booking here. This is a low budget hotel masquerading as a Hilton property, charging Hilton rates.

Fire alarm went off at 5 AM for at least 10 minutes, while I was not feeling well and had 1.5 hours of sleep after work. I became extremely nauseous after being awoken from this. I had to miss half of a days work after this and I had to find another hotel where I could sleep peacefully and not have to worry about an hour commute if something happened like the fire alarm going off. On top of that, they charged a card that is NOT the one I used at time of e-check in. No apologies from the hotel for any of this, just a smirk and a few hours a feeling like total crap.

Well mentained Hampton. Could need upgrade here and there. Overall clean. Bedlinen and madresses Need Upgrade and are outdated. Checkin personell could show more interest for customer and doing less private things when customers are near by. Overall average Hampton Hotel.

I had the worst experience I have ever had as a Diamond member at Hilton. I am extremely disappointed and am actually thinking of cancelling my Hilton Honors. Long story short: I got to the hotel with my family of 4 at approximately 12:30am. The gentleman was as ignorant as you can get and I maintained my composure. I checked in earlier in the day 3:00pm (room 209) He gave me the key and we went to our room and when we walked in there were people already in the room. We were extremely embarrassed. We ran out of the room. We headed back to the lobby and explained to the guy there were people in our room. He said he was going to kick them out and change the bedding. I thought I was having a nightmare but this guy was serious. He was so angry because either he did or the hotel over booked the hotel. He was actually getting loud to me and all my family wanted to do is go to bed. Now it is 1:15am. I told him I would never want to get someone kicked out of there room. He said that is all he could offer. I told him I am leaving and he said extremely sarcastically (have fun traveling). We had to drive all through the night and got home close to 5:00am. I called Scott the GM and he said he could not do anything. They only gave me back my 35,000 points. The points I used to book the room. I didn't even stay there and they said we will give your points back Of course I didn't stay. They we acting like they were doing me a favor. CRAZY!

Very disappointed being a Honors member. After we checked in we went to get a cup of hot water, the pot was empty. When we stepped into our room, the furniture were so old and some falling apart, the tissue box was empty and no extra box. Everything inside the room looked so depressing, I just wanted to leave as soon as possible, since we drove the whole day we had to get our sleep and left right after breakfast. Didn't enjoy the hotel at all.
