Worst hotel I’ve stayed at in years!!!!
We had four guys and had reserved two (2) queen bed rooms months ahead. When we got there they said they only had king bed rooms with a sofa sleeper. I wouldn’t let a dog stay on that sofa sleeper!!! They said the manager would be able to make an adjustment for us in the morning so we made due. They gave us $20 off the room. What a crock!
The place was filthy from construction and I don’t think what they are trying to do will make any difference..it is old and has been neglected beyond any improvement. Tear it down! How this can be allowed to be under the Hilton name

Worst Hotel I have stayed at in a while. They did not communicate anywhere on their website that they were under construction. So not only did all the hallways smell stale and gross because there was no AC running in the main halls but also the main lobby smelt bad because they just kept the back door open the entire day. Then to add on to it when I went to go workout the fitness center was out of order which was once again not said anywhere on their website. Not only was this place more expensive than other hotels around it was by far the worst hotel. Can not believe they did not feel the need to post anywhere that they were under construction truthfully feels like a scam. Not only that the room only has one available outlet to plug anything into with no bedside USB ports or anything which was frustrating when ti came to charging my devices.

Update: even their elevator inspection certificate is expired. Truthfully this hotel should shut down to remodel not do half open and half broken

We checked in on January 11th and we wanted to check out immediately. It smelled like weed as soon as you walked in. The room they gave us was absolutely disgusting. The mirror and the curtain were dirty. The bathtub looked disgusting. There was hair and dirt all over the bathtub. The toilet seat had pee on it! The door knob was filthy. The garbage can had garbage in it. We were switched to another room and it wasn’t much better. On top of all of that people were hanging out in the hallway late at night and made the fire alarm go off.

The experience was terrible. It is being renovated but they do not tell you until you check in, it was dirty, the water coming out of the sink in the bathroom was brown at first and sometimes no water came out. The ceiling in the lobby partially collapsed with water gushing out and electrical wires hanging, The Wi-Fi did not work in our room. The employees were nice but could not make up for all the bad. Steer clear.

I would give it a zero but that wasn’t an option. We came in for a soccer tournament weekend, went to check in and only ask what the last 4 digits of the card that was on file was and was told because I was not on the account she could not give me the info. Then was told to call my husband if I didn’t like that so I did and she then went on to say that I was rude and gave attitude and was told that she didn’t have to give me a room that weekend. I left and when my husband came to check in he was told he needed to leave and she was not giving us a room and she would call the cops on us for trespassing. She was rude to most of our soccer parents that night as well. We were thrown out of the hotel at 10 pm with a family of 4 and had to find another hotel . Thankfully we were able to find one and they were AMAZING! Home 2 Suites is the place to be.
Note to self don’t ask for the last 4 digits of the card on file because apparently it’s illegal to do and they can throw you out for it as well.

Also if they would like to review the cameras you would see that is not the case and i that I was calm in the situation and I was calling my husband. I was not the only one who had issues that night with her. There was multiple ones. She was very unprofessional with the who situation and had attitude when we walked in the door.

You have lost the soccer contract with us and we will be happy at other places.

My company rented a conference room. Hampton waited until less than 24 hours of the conference to tell us we would not be able to use the restrooms for almost half of our conference due to water being down for repairs. They also were remodeling and drilling, which made it hard to hear.

What a nightmare this place is. I was told they only provide room cleaning every other day, which is fine. I asked for my room to be clean on the second day , but came back to my room at 8:00 p.m. to find it had not been cleaned. Called the front desk to ask for new towels at least, and was told I would need to come down and pick them up myself. The elevator and the floor where my room was smelled of motor oil which appeared to be all over the floor. And the toilet in my room would not stop running. I'm surprised Hilton wants to associate itself with this brand. Stay away from this property.
