Room had a strange smell since we walked in. Similar issue with other rooms in the facility. Perhaps it is mold in the vents. Cleanliness was questionable. There are certainly better hotels in the area. Manager had a crash out and punched the glass door due to many people not having their rooms ready on time. Frustration-anger issues. Food is alright, not terrible. Hallways smell fine. Pillows are a little too soft.

My group had this trip and hotel booked for months now and when we arrived, about 75% of our group did not have our rooms ready until 6 hours later. The manager crashed out, punched the glass door - make it shatter, and then they left. The one other employee had to take care of everything. This is NOT professional at all. The room smelled HORRIBLE with a musty and feet like smell. There’s something off with the vents. When we turned up the heat, it smelled even worse like a burning curl iron. There’s definitely better hotels around the area. The bathtub/shower had weird dirty and grind on the bottom. The breakfast food was not bad though. - Save your money and health, go somewhere else.

Nightly twenty five dollar parking fee was not disclosed anywhere till we arrived, plus the staff completely ignored the "do not disturb sign" and came in anyway which is wild. We were told our room would have two beds and a couch when we booked then when we arrived told oh there's no couch if you want one it's a $200 room upgrade so one of us slept on the floor. The only reason we stayed was it's the closest hotel to the hospital and its breakfast was okay.

As someone who travels frequently for work and stays at hotels across the country, I’ve come to expect a certain level of quality from Hilton properties—but unfortunately, this location fell well below those standards.

The beds were uncomfortable and lumpy, making it feel like I was sleeping on cardboard. The breakfast options were underwhelming, and it seemed I wasn’t alone in that opinion. One of the most noticeable disappointments was the lack of hospitality; unlike most hotels where guests are warmly greeted, the staff here seemed indifferent and often ignored those entering the lobby.

The market fridge was consistently empty and never restocked in a timely manner, despite deliveries being made—I personally witnessed new stock arrive but never make it onto the shelves. When I checked out, the front desk attendant seemed more interested in watching TV than helping. He told me to just drop my key in the box and wouldn’t even print my receipt.

To top things off, there was no hot breakfast on my final morning because the cook didn’t show up.

Overall, I would rate this as a 2-star experience and not reflective of the Hilton standard I’m used to.

Wacky hotel. We're a large group so we booked our rooms months ago. When we checked in the manager started tweaking and broke the glass door. Only like 4 out of the 20ish rooms were ready when we got there and the rest weren't ready til after 9. My room's bathroom smelled like wet dog and the carpet was ripping up. Breakfast was yummy tho. Also the guy who took over after the manager left was chill and trying his best.

I recently had the pleasure of staying here, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in every way! From the moment I booked my stay, the app pre-check-in process was incredibly quick and easy, which made my arrival stress-free and efficient.

Upon entering my room, I was delighted to find it spotless and well-appointed. It was the perfect size for my short stay, and I truly appreciated the attention to detail in the room's decor and amenities. Everything was in pristine condition, making it a comfortable retreat after a long day of exploring.

The breakfast is included. There were a variety of options to suit different tastes and okay.

Overall, my experience was fantastic. The combination of a hassle-free check-in, a clean and cozy room, and a quick bite. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay, and I will return in the future.

This is good hotel with a good location if you are in town for a medical appointment at the hospital. Breakfast was decent, the room was clean, mine got changed after I had checked in on the app, I'm not sure but I got no complaint on the room I got. I will probably stay there again when I'm back in Pittsburgh.

We always have a good stay at the Hampton Inn. It’s not fancy but is very reasonable and super close to Pitt campus. Free Breakfast in average at best but overall it is clean, very comfortable bed and friendly staff. 25$ to park hurts the pocket a little. But recommend anyway.
