The rooms were nice and comfortable and clean upon arrival. Only thing was that some of the lights in the room weren’t working. The staff I had spoken to were nice and friendly as well as the housekeepers. I didn’t have time to go to the pool and on the water slide unfortunately. Very convenient location, a lot of stores and restaurants around! Overall great stay.

My family and I went there to celebrate my nephews 5th birthday. My sister & I had joining rooms and our parents were down the hall. At 4am a guy came banging on our doors and wouldn’t stop, he was trying to kick them in. My brother in law opened to tell him to stop and he tried to get in the room. My brother in law then knocked the guy out into the hallway. We called the front desk numerous times and there was no answer, we also called 911. The police & EMS came and the guy tried to fight them as well. The front desk guy came up as well and then left. There was blood on the floor of the hall from the guy spitting, blood on the wall from the police having to detain him, and blood by the elevator due to the guy spitting at the police. No one from the hotel ever came to check on us, the hallway was not cleaned up, and we were only refunded for one room! In the morning we had to walk with our kids through a hallways full of blood on the wall & floor! Not once did anyone call us to see if we were alright and as of 10:30am no one had cleaned up. We liked the hotel originally, but we will never go back!

I booked a 5 night stay through Priceline for a non refundable stay, bad decision on my part! My sisters family came down with the flu 4 days before my stay. I called the hotel 3 times to speak with a manager and Priceline called as well. All six times Priceline or I called they said there was no one there I could speak with. We what day and time to find a manager working and called back at the suggested time they were never there.They were avoiding me and Priceline. Needless to stay I paid for 5 nights without ever speaking to a manager. Be where if you choose to stay here and need a decision maker they practice avoidance.

Believe the reviews! The gym is one of the best I’ve seen in a Hampton, dumbbells, cables, CrossFit equipment and treadmills. The pool legit has a two story slide. Very nice rooms and staff!

Great Hampton Inn. Breakfast is basic and very good and does the job when on the run. Breakfast is organized, the awesome ladies taking care of the breakfast area kept it well stocked constantly cleaning up and restocking muffins, coffee, eggs, etc..
Room is very big. My niece slept on the pullout sofa bed which seemed to have a very comfortable mattress. The king bed was comfortable and made up for us each day. The sofa bed area was separated from the king bed with a half wall giving some privacy. There was plenty of mirrors, a desk/vanity and tons of floor space to move around. Also a very large TV in between both areas.
I always choose the Hampton Inns on several trips and this one in Shelton CT was great!

The hotel is easy to access from the highway, and has free parking. Our room was clean, large, and comfortable. The door to the bathroom was a little awkward but was not a problem. The breakfast, which was included in the price of the room, was good. Check-in and check-out were very simple and fast.

This hotel was so fun to stay at! The rooms and service were great! Had no issues whatsoever. The breakfast could use more variety, but it was still good. The best part about this hotel is the water slide! Would love to stay again when I travel towards Connecticut again.

I stayed two nights here and was extremely impressed with the high quality of service I received, from the friendliness and helpfulness at the front desk to housekeeping. I left behind a valuable item, which Marisol and Vannessa found and set aside for me. They were warm and lovely, and I am very thankful.
