Terrible experience for myself, my husband and my daughter and her family, which included a one and a four year-old. The mattresses were rock hard, and the pillows were so soft your head sunk. . Their idea of plush towels felt like scratchy sandpaper on your skin. Also, we were aware that they were renovating, but that was poor planning as they were renovating outside the elevators and the smell was terrible. Let’s not forget the loudness of the forklifts outside. If you want to add to that there were arguments and fighting above us both nights.Walls are thin and you could hear everything. Mine and my daughter‘s rooms were next to each other. We had both complained. We had stayed there from the Friday, February 28 and left on March 2.End results were back aches for all, sleepless nights , irrated skin, and cranky kids due to lack of sleep. Do not recommend and will not be back.

Their showers don’t have hot water.

I’ve stayed here twice within six months, and both times, there was no hot water.

The person at the front desk instructed me to run the water for 5–10 minutes to get it hot, but even after that, there was still no hot water. Honestly, 10 minutes should be more than enough time for the water to heat up.

The staff is nice and professional, and they will call maintenance to check the hot water, but warm water is essential for a hotel.

Have stayed here previously and always had a pleasant experience. This time we arrived to find the room we had been given was not what we reserved on the website. Front desk said they would need to clean another room then we could move. Took 1.5 hours for this to occur, we move to the new room to discover it still wasn’t the room we reserved but would be okay because we needed a walk in shower. We had to leave shortly after moving to new room. Came back late night and really disappointed in what we were seeing in the room, plus morning showed us trash and debris outside our window like toilet paper and upside down trash can, which we first thought was supporting a tree but it was not it was over a concrete pole. Wallpaper is coming off, the arms on the chairs were badly worn, the bed was bowed and very low to the ground, carpet was ripped and there were no sheer curtains on the window so we had to keep the blackout curtains closed for privacy as we were on the first floor. There was also a grape stem left in kitchenette counter and the sink handles needed cleaned. I spoke with the manager who only offered a 15% discount for our inconvenience, then when I said that was unacceptable she said $30 to the girl at the counter and walked back to her office never to come back out even to help the girl at the desk process the discount. Additionally had forgotten a toiletry item which typically is given upon request and was told that Hilton no longer does that. I really find this hard to believe. Have posted photos of our room issues. Don’t plan on returning, there are too many other options in the area for our needs.

The room was clean. The staff was great. We specifically booked this location because it had a hot tub. We arrived around 8 pm and immediately looked for the hot tub only to find it was out of service. That was disappointing. The hotel is under construction and has scaffolding up along the side of our building. The main entrances are closed off. There was no parking available except for reserved spaces, so we used one of the reserved spaces. Breakfast was freshly made, and the person bringing out the food did a great job. Overall, it was a quiet, clean, the staff was great, and breakfast was good.

We stayed here as part of our bus tour. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and a nice breakfast. The only complaint is... we got stuck in the elevator. The door wouldn't open. But we called for help and the issue was fixed immediately. Yes, we had to use the side entrance but I didn't see a problem with it. I would stay here again.

My wife and I reserved a one-night stay at the Hampton Inn in Grove City on a holiday weekend. To say the hotel was facing some challenges is an understatement - there was ongoing construction outside, the place was crazy busy with Thanksgiving weekend travelers and a sudden snowstorm a bit to the north had a number of last minute travelers looking for a room for the night.||While we waited to check in, we saw Clarissa at teh front desk deal with tired travelers, rude travelers and a few who seemed never to have checked into a hotel before. She was nice, understanding and helpful to each of them.||But here's the part that prompted us to leave a review - we had to ask twice to change rooms. The first was next door to a dog that began yipping everytime someone walked down the hallway. The second was a room next to a man who was shouting while on the phone becasue he couldn't hear himself over the TV he had turned up all the way. We have never asked to change before and here we were, doing it twice. Clarissa at the front desk was a superhero, finding us a quite room away from nervous dogs and guys who are challenged when adjusting the TV volume.||The room was clean & quiet, the beds comfortable, the TV worked great. Hotel has no hot water. They know they have no hot water yet they still take reservations and don’t tell you anything. They let you find out for yourself. Their solution is to offer extra Hilton rewards points. How does that help?

Beautiful sized rooms ..clean to a T .. amazing service..breakfast was great..a big shout out to Emma.. front desk worker!! I would definitely consider coming back!!!!
