First time here - rooms were very clean - breakfast was amazing with lots of choices - nice pool and weight room - decent price... Had a great stay and if I'm ever down this way again I will be a repeat customer! Recommend 10/10 ?

This location is a little older. Our a/c didn't work, but it was too late at night to really do anything about it. By the time my group noticed, we had our stuff already unpacked, and my kids were in bed asleep. However, management did rectify it by giving us a discount on the room rent, which I truly appreciate. The hotel was still upkept quite nicely. The room was clean, and the continental breakfast was one of the best ones we have had at a Hampton Inn. I imagine if we all weren't so tired and it hadn't been late, they might have even been able to move us to a room with a working a/c unit.

I love this location. My wife and I have stayed here many times and always enjoyed the stay. The rooms are nice, breakfast hot and fresh. The issue with this location is that they double bill. I checked in on Wednesday, 5/29. The next morning I realized that they had reserved monies against my card twice. No problem. Went to the desk the next morning, and the manager, Kaitlen Hosea, said "not to be crass, but this is not my problem". They did take one hold off, but the second hold is still there. Calls to Hilton did not produce any solutions. It has been almost a week and the double charge is still there.

Nice and clean! Rooms are being updated and the construction workers are courteous. Shelby, at the front desk, was kind and helpful.
Breakfast was good and I liked the variety. The waffles had fun toppings. We made a cup of mocha coffee and got some caramel and whipped cream from the waffle station. Yum!

Like others said, the drive to get here is unexpected. The room smelled really bad, the furniture had sticky stuff on it, it was not clean. It was ok, I wouldn't come back.

The room was very nice, the breakfast was delicious and the front office staff were very friendly! I accidentally forgot my airpods at the hotel and they were nice enough to mail them back to me! I forgot who I spoke with at the front desk who took my information down, but thank you so much for getting those back to me!

These guys make it so easy! Then with the new app, we could go straight to our room without having to stop at the front desk for keys. The room was clean, comfortable, and staff was friendly. And they have parking for boats, with electrical hookups to charge batteries overnight. We stay here fairly often because we really enjoy this hotel over some of the others in the area. I would highly recommend

Great hotel overall. Comfy beds and quiet. Breakfast is pretty good with a few hot options. Staff was wonderful and went above and beyond to accommodate us by letting us check in a couple hours early. Taking one star off because I did find stains on our sheets but the staff was quick to supply a fresh set for us.
